Mi esposo casi muere por la negligencia de los empleados del hotel Rio, la razón, la noche que llegamos nos robaron absolutamente TODO de nuestra habitación, mi esposo se ha quedado sin ningún tipo de medicamentos para atender su hipertensión. La respuesta del hotel silencio absoluto, por culpa del stress y de no tener ni con que lavarnos el rostro mi esposo empezó a vomitar y tener dolor en el pecho, de nuevo, Silencio por parte del hotel. Sus empleados son inhumanos, descorteses y sobre todo insensibles, ESTO no es lo peor, nuestras cosas siguen dentro del hotel porque las estamos rastreando y las mueven por todo el edificio y nadie hace nada, como es posible que esa empresa que pone en riesgo la vida de sus huespedes sigan funcionando?. Nuestras cosas fueron atacadas a cuchillo, están esperando tener un muerto para reaccionar?

My husband almost died due to the negligence of the employees of the Rio hotel, the reason, the night we arrived they stole absolutely EVERYTHING from our room, my husband has run out of any medications to treat his hypertension.
