I asked him to remove the threat and he assured me he would. He then then sent it.. without removing it. Bad omen.
i now learned that he never properly read the documents, which explains why he never explained them to me allowing me to interpret them myself. ( i am not an Attorney)
Today i learned that what i thought, and what Brian knew i believed the provisions codicils and amendments meant was completely false and all my concerns, if he would have just simply read the last amendment which stated that those provisions had been nullified could have ended all of this and saved thousands of dollars.
He not only did not tell me that, i assume because he just didn't read it, i don't think he was intentionally lying to me but we literally spoke for hours about what to do about those provisions which had already been amended and thus removed.
He neglected to tell me there was a trust company and i would not have anyone other than them in my business. When i mentioned it, he did to his credit go into further detail but that was something he should have explained to me and i should not have had to treasure hunted through the documents to discover myself.
We spoke for about an hour about these no longer existent provisions, and he also told me in that discussion that he didn't know what was going on with the trusts and that he would write them a letter so yesterday i asked him if he sent the letter and if they replied.
I found out today he never wrote the letter and that he is going away for a week next week so he will be too busy and this is after he was on vacation two weeks ago.
Then after terminating him I learned they'd been updating him ..he just never told me other than a small percent of the time.
I retained him to read explain documents and represent me more responsibly than that.
