      12/31/2023 The car was towed to the garage after an accident, and NYPD used their contracted tow company. We made arrangements with B&M employees to pick up the car the next day. 1/1/2024 I went to get the car as arranged and the employee refused to give the car to me and refused to give the price for the tow. Called the following day and was told the car would cost $740 to pick up (**** rates are $125.) I argued the price, and an employee called back and lowered the price to $500, I argued again they came down to $310. Went to the shop to get the car and show that I was aware of the rates they refused to charge the **** rate and claimed other fees were involved, with no posting from them or the **** site given to me by the local precinct. I called the cops and they came, they were not very helpful as they claimed they could not prove what the price rates were, showed them the **** rates and they still couldn't do much. I was forced to pay $308 or they would not release the car, and continue charging for storage. They tried to take advantage and extort money, they were rude, they yelled, and they threatened to not give the car back. They were behind a smoked plastic screen so we could not even see who we were talking to until they came from behind when cops arrived. They refused to give their names or let us see them until the cops arrived. When they towed the car the tow truck driver also had us drive the car onto his flatbed, which is not legal.

      On November 14th my aunt's car was told on November 18th who went to retrieve the truck we noticed that the car first of all the gear shift was damaged the ignition for the key wouldn't turn over over $6,000 worth of merchandise was stolen out the car between B&B Towing and ************* and neither one of them can explain how this occur from taking it in front of our house why are they on surveillance to ************** in Brooklyn 3 days later to make matters worse neither one wants to be held responsible and they act as if nothing has been happening to this company before already stated that this crime was null and void and we're not they're not responsible on either parties even though the car is registered and has no tickets on it .

      We tow a lot of cars each day, so I wouldn't be able to help unless you can provide your receipt number or the cars make and model and where it would have been towed from. This is the first I am hearing of these claims, so I am unsure what you have already attempted to resolve and who isn't taking responsibility. I can't help you further unless I know the vehicle information.

      On Friday October 20,2023, this unauthorized towing company by the name of B&M Towing came to my community I dwell in and towed my vehicle unlawfully with the intention of stealing it for no caused or for no exciting violations of DOT Code or traffic code .For me and B&M Towing have no existing biding contract in place.

      In order for us to look into the validity of this claim, and explain to you why your vehicle was towed you would need to provide vehicle make/model and license plate, and where you were towed from. I can assure no vehicles are towed for no reason, and with the intent to "steal" a vehicle. If we do not have vehicle information we cannot pull up your specific tow record and give you clarity on the situation.

      This business crashed my car on 8/5/2023 while they were towing it. They promised to handle all repairs outside of insurance and then reneged. They held my car from the day they crashed it until 8/29/2023 when I picked it up from them still severely damaged

      Unfortunately we are not at liberty to discuss this because it is now being handled through your insurance, so we are letting them decide the results, and cooperating with their procedure. We as the towing company did everything in our power to assist in the repairs to your vehicle and even helped you with a parking ticket and way home. Issues with the repairs you are not satisfied with will be handled through your insurance. Thank you

      My dad passed away 2 months ago and it broke my heart. They towed my dad's car. We immediately called the towing company and asked if they could put the car over there. We want to sell the car and need it Contacted the buyer. Then they said they would charge 15 dollars per day storage fee and then we waited for half a month to pick up the car. They said my father passed away and we couldnt take the car away and needed a new title. So we went home to apply We got a new title and then we got the title and passed it again. They said that their manager was not there and we passed it again after three days. They finally agreed to solve our problem, but they said that the storage fee became 65. In this way, they charged for nothing. We dragged a lot of money for a long time to let us pick up the car. It almost cost us a month's money and when the tow car they knew my dad passed away and didn't tell us what documents were needed to pick up the car. And at the beginning said It was 15 bucks and it became 65 they said they could set the price whatever they wanted over a month but they didn't say anything when we called. I think their behavior is very hateful for earning money that shouldn't be theirs when others are saddest. I am complaining here and want to know if I can get back part of my own money.I paid them with zelle am i still be able to get some money back?

      Company refuse to give up insurance information after damaging my car when they towed it when I went to get my car they made me pay no money for the release for my car cause they knew that the driver damaged my car

      My name is *************************. My vehicle was towed to the B&M tow lot on June 7th, (last 6 of VIN - ******). I visited the lot on July 22, and paid all fees owed in full ($1,414.37) and requested my vehicle to be towed back to my home. At that time, I inspected the vehicle while it was still in the lot and observed damages. I brought this to their employee's attention (****) who stated he would look into it. I have not been able to reach anyone responsible for resolving .y issue for about 2 weeks since my vehicle was returned to me. When I call, Im place on hold for an average of 20 - 30 minutes. Im told that management had an emergency and left for the day, of I just get hung up on. Please help. Im looking for assistance in having the damages done to vehicle corrected.

      I have continued to make attempts to speak with someone in management, which I am told, are the ones responsible for addressing my concerns. It has been over a month since my first attempt at contacted this businesses management ***** I am prepared to take further steps in rectifying this negligence.

      On June 17, 2023 this company towed my car alleging it was parked illegally. It was in my building complex driveway and they received a phone call from someone who was unauthorized to have my car towed since I have permission from the management company to park my car there. They never asked for proof of ownership towards the person who called.

      On the night of Nov. 8th, I returned home from a trip to *******. Having driven **** miles and nearly 18 hrs. I pulled into my parking lt around 7:30 pm. I accidentally parked in a neighbor's spot # *** my spot is #***. When she arrived home at 8:30 she called B&M Towing and had my car towed from her spot. In doing so the tow operator caused over **** in damage to the rear of my car. including 1) a deep ***** to the rear liftgate so deep it almost cut straight through the metal. 2) severely damaging the rear bumper along with all the metal trim associated with it 3) severely damaging the rear lower panel that connects to the bumper and surrounds the hitch and harness area 4) Denting and nearly tearing off the driver side exhaust tip.

      Good day my name is *********************** and I am a 75 year old disabled veteran who has an amputated leg who has a handicap place card attached to my vehicle. On October 19 at approximately 4:30 my vehicle was parked in a handicap reserved parking spot which is located at **** ******* address is ******************************* located in *******************. Me and my family went into the supermarket to shop and when we came out from the supermarket their was a boot attached to my vehicle. As my daughter approached the vehicle a man told us that I have a boot due to parking in the handicap reserved parking she explained to him that their is a place card attached to the vehicle and showed the man the place card in which he said its to late that we have to pay to get the boot off. She continue to argue in which the man offered no solution but to submit a payment of $238.00 to the tow company. We argued with the man that this is a ********** and that if I receive a ticket for a handicap parking from the city it will be paid to the city not this private company and that the city will ticket us and not boot us. This company is stealing from ******************** how can they take money from me parking in handicap in which for one I had a place card with my vehicle and for two are they notify ******************** that they putting a boot on handicap parking which is illegal. Are u submitting the money to the city in regards to handicap parking. Can you imagine how many other disabled people have been scammed from this towing company *********** ********************* ************** So I had to pay this private towing company money in which I didnt have I am on a fix income and had to borrow the money from my relatives. I feel that this towing company is praying on the disabled patrons in which they scammed money from me who is disabled by putting a boot on my vehicle. I am asking for help in my money back for an illegal boot and also to make sure other disabled people are not being scammed out

      Unfortunately I cannot look into the matter without the violation # associate to the boot, or a license plate number. I can assure you all formal complaints are looked into, and this company is in no way stealing from the city, or conflicting with the *** ticketing system. Matters were located on private property, and we are a licensed contracted company for parking enforcement on the property. With this being said, with more information I can look into this matter, and see how I can help. Unfortunately many people do park in handicap spaces that are not handicapped, and we are in place to enforce this illegal parking. Our employees cannot remove the boots once they are placed on it for any reasons not cleared by management. I will definitely be assisting in looking into this matter for your though, I just need either a violation number or plate number to pull up this record.

      This entire complaint process is not satisfactory. B&M Towing is not the correct company that this complaint is directed towards. ** ******* is the correct company. I am also being contacted outside of the BBB website by this same consumer. So where would they like this complaint handled? I have recieved the proper documentation. I do not feel that this complaint should be attached to this company moving forward because it is invalid. The company they are disputing with is ** ******* ***. I am more than happy to resolve this, but when all communications are going to the correct place. 

      In regards to this matter, I feel it is fair that B&M Towing is taken out of this, and this is resolved correctly.
