They tell you to call ********** regarding the boot or towing of your vehicle. I've called once every day from Mon - Friday. I've been on hold for around 3hrs. I've even selected the call-back option. This company never calls back, and there is never a representative available. I don't believe this is an actual working line for people who had their car booted or towed. This makes it complicated for someone to retrieve their car if they aren't around. They should take this number down and share a reliable contact number.

We got a boot on our car from this company. They have an app where you can put your information in and pay the fee to unlock and get the code for the boot to unlock it. They said I had agreed to some policy to get the code that I would return the boot in 24 hours or be charged $25 a day. The company could not produce the agreement in anyway I had agreed to this. Nowhere on their website do they indicate this fee. Yet the person on the phone told me I could send an email to a feedback email, yet that I was able to find on their site but not the fee per day. The company could not send me any proof I had agree to any agreement. They could have said I agreed to give them my first born but nowhere is that shown. If the website had even indicated this $25 fee I would not be sending a complaint. Nowhere on their documentation shows it so I believe it is a scam. The only place on the boot shows that if you do not return it would cost $500

My so called "Violation #" by B&M Towing is (BM00824)On 3/23/2022 at 12:34pm I parked in the 7/11 parking lot at location (****** *************, Queens, ** *****) and went into the **** of America ATM next door to get cash in order to shop at 7/11. I only use cash in small stores which is legal. I came out 12:35pm and while heading to 7/11 noticed an orange sticker on my driver side window and several other cars too, and some people gathered up in the parking lot. My car and several other cars were booted (locked). And then noticed two civilians hiding inside a civilian car and booting up cars when they just parked and owners just left.I spoke to them and determined they placed the boot, man in the car refused to remove the boot and was very rude and bossy. I try to explain and he does not allow me to talk like some kind of authority person. While doing something completely illegal. I called the number and they started asking personal information, then I went online as the sticker noted and was forced to pay $223.17 in order to get the unlocking code, I felt I was rubbed. this affected me in physiologically and financially as well. I talked to the police and they told me what they are doing is illegal. and I'm planning to *** this company. my wife is a lawyer and I have plenty of time now.I also called this company and talked to a guy named ****** who claims he's a supervisor. I asked him to not charge my credit card. They sound and act like Mexican Cartel. we CANNOT allow this type of things happen in this country.I will go there Tomorrow and then and get more people to join me for suing this company. They are basically rubbing people. Im also going to submit a complaint to ********** of ************** Legal Affairs Division. If you would like to join the group to *** this company, please contact:*******************************************************

On may 3rd i was parked in ******************************************************* INFRONT OF the laundry mat, dropping off some laundry, I parked in front of the laundry mat, Which was apparantly marked as Handicap, but it was not noticeable due too poor paint, In less than 2 min of coming in and out, i had a boot on my car and the employee was not even in the process of writing the paperwork, he had to go back and get his notepad, this was frustruating, but i did not had the time to worry about it,i was in a rush. I am not entirely sure on the law of these boots, but from what i was able to inform myself via an attorney friend of mine, there might have been a few laws broken here, 1 There was no sign at the time, that there was a risk of being booted, there is a sign of being fined or towed(this was added a month later, 2 The lines were not visible at all and faded out(this was fixed later on), i was booted before being given the contact information on paper or left on the windshield , I had to wait 40 min just to get the boot off, 10 waiting for the employee to give me the paperwork, and 30 waiting for the online website to get my info , so that i would be able to pay the fee. 4 after i was booted The employees stayed on premises, taking up 2 PARKING SPOTS, waiting for someone else (this is predatory and illegal in most states), i paid about 300$, to get the boot removed, BAM ******* is the violation and the plate is ker ****. I had forgotten about this incident until 5 days ago, when i stopped by rited aid for some christmas shoping and the same white van was there waiting TAKING 2 spaces, while there were people waiting to park waiting for someone to slip up, this is predatory, and it should not be happening, im willing to take this as far as i have to. I would like my money refunded, and for this to never happen to anyone else again, maybe is just one bad apple but it looks bad on the whole company
