Buyer beware! This was a great service when I had the money to use it. However, I decided it was too much and did not plan to renew it. They had automatically enrolled me in auto-renewal and when I noticed a charge on my card from them for $319 I was surprised. I kindly (and immediately) reached out to ask for a refund and cancelation of their annual service only to have them respond with the following "I'm happy to try and help you here. As stated in our Terms of Use, membership payments are auto-renewing and non-refundable, so we would not be able to refund your last membership fee. We sent an email reminder on 11/13/23 to allow for 30 days to cancel. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Have a great day! I obviously did NOT see their ONE email that was lost in the deluge of emails in my account. They did not even offer to only charge me for the one month of service I had unknowingly used (they do offer monthly payment plans). If you plan to use their service, beware of their auto-renewal!
