Many consumers that do receive their ordered products allege that the merchandise, such as cell phone accessories and luxury brand cosmetics, is counterfeit. Multiple complainants report difficulty in contacting customer service, including no response to multiple e-mails and no working phone number to reach company representatives. For those consumers who wish to return merchandise, they say the company will only offer them store credit or a refund with 30% restocking fee. Numerous complaints filed with BBB against this company have gone unanswered.

As of January 28, 2015, the company's website appears to be taken down with the message stating, "Site is down for maintenance. Please check back within 24-72 hours."
