I ordered a doll for my granddaughter for christmas and when the doll came it wasnt the one we ordered. My granddaughter cried and dont like the doll and I dont want it because its not the one we picked. then I emailed the company now they say they will give me back 10% of what I paided when it has a 30 day retun policy if your not satified. I want a full rfund. They are draging me along so that will be 30 days I order doll on December 7 *****. Doll 1 is what I ordered Doll 2 is what was delivered. I can send all emails sent to me if you an email address. with Shipping & handling $93.50 my granddaughter is 7 and she is in a doll club it this was what we were going to get I could have brought a doll from Target. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Truly Reborn Dolls regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I can send you the emails that they sent me if you give me an email address to forward them to. I dont trust them at all with even giving me a refund they started with saying 30% then I got another email saying something else Im just tired and I dont want NO ONE to get used like this. Im a grandmother raising grandkids and Im struggling my granddaugter is 7 and is in a doll club and everyone had a nice real looking doll I did something nice me and her picked out the doll now they saying basiclly they send what they want. But if you send me an email will forward all the emails they sent. Thanks for responding

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Truly Reborn Dolls regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved becaus
They wanted to give me 10% then they said 30% I stated I wanted all my money because they didnt send me the right doll they said then send it back but the address when I looked it up wasnt for them. So they never reply again and I didnt send the doll back. They basically used me and frauded me for my money. I dont advice anyone to buy from this company .

I purchased 12/13/2021 and it was guaranteed by Christmas. I didn't receive it until 2 weeks after Christmas. The doll looked nothing like what I ordered and then hair was terrible looking, all matted up. I could not find a phone number for this company, so I sent an email. After no response, I filed with my bank a dispute and they are investigating. I spent $108.19, so I emailed the company again Feb 11th and they have been going back and forth asking questions, trying to assume we messed up the doll, I sent them pictures. They still haven't resolved the problem. My order number changed twice for some reason, but this is the last I have ********* I would like to see the company refund, apologize and compensate for the fact that they ruined my main Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter and she was very upset and crying. This company is a frauda and needs consequences. I know they probably cant be put out of business , since they seem to be out of *****, even though they show a ** address on BBB. I ordered a doll for my daughter. $157.98 charged to my account on December 10, 2021. I never heard back from the company. When I tried to track my order with my order number, the system could not find my order. I sent several emails to the company. They only responded with that they needed another payment to process the order. I was not sent because they did not receive payment. But they did. I have my bank statement. I ordered a babydoll from this company. I received a fraud alert immediately. I immediately contacted the company with no response. I have emailed multiple times with no response. After digging deeper, I am finding several other families this has happened to. Either they never send the doll after charging your bank account, or they send a horrifyingly scary doll in comparison to what you order. They need to be stopped immediately.Customer response

I have received correspondence from the company. They refunded half the price we paid for the doll, but that is all. I wish to drop this issue. Thank you.

I purchased an item and it turns out its a scam site i payed $120.88 for the item I would be grateful to get my money back
