I feel like this company is suspicious. I sent my dress in August 2021. Zero communication from the company. I finally realized it had been a few months and asked for an update. They said they hadn't recieved the dress yet. Then in I think December 2021 I reached out again and still no update so they asked for an investigation with ***. After being on the phone with *** for HOURS they said "we can't do anything" and that I'd have to contact the company who issued the label. *** really didn't want to tell me anything because it wasn't me who actually paid for the label. Well ********** didn't tell me anything either, just that it looked like *** had lost it and I'd be issued a check. I don't give a **** about the money, I want my dress back. *** didn't care that they lost my dress and neither did this company. There was so little communication that I'm worried I got scammed. All in all I think it was finally "resolved" around February/March of this year (2022). I get that this may be ***'s fault but I felt very little concern from **********. I got a check for $400 (my dress was $1200) minus the $170 I paid for preservation that never happened and they never refunded. So, wow, I got $230 to never see my dress again. My regret for working with this company is more than I can express. There's a lot I did wrong too, I should have called, I should have been more on top of things. I'm stupid for trusting and not taking things into my own hands. Lesson learned.
