We agreed on two projects, 1- take out part of my garage floor concrete and concrete it again. 2- Drop down the ceiling in two rooms in my basement and paint its walls. There are several minor issues with the concert and a few minor issues with the drop-down ceiling. We could not find a way to solve our problems. I need your help to solve this problem.
