            We hired Josh to remove a fallen tree and stump. He removed the tree but was having issues removing the stump. After several attempts at trying to remove it, he ignored all texts and phone calls. We paid the full amount of $700 up front. Was not a good decision. Have requested $350 back. Can't get hold of him. This was in September of 2023. We still have a large stump in the back yard.

            I hired Josh in August 2023 and gave him 50% deposit. His crew did a small amount of work every few weeks and Josh gave excuse after excuse as to why the job was not done. By December it was too cold to pour concrete. He said he would give me a refund, he did not. I filed with the Attorney General and he would not respond to them. Therefore they said there is nothing they can do unless more people file against him. If anyone reading this has has these issues, please file a claim with the attorney general, then maybe they will do something. My next step is small claims court.
