Believe me when I tell you that there's far better businesses to get your fuel oil from than this outfit! You're saving yourself from a world of hurt by avoiding Buell. I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing some fuel oil from Buell back in November '21. Firstly, they made an unauthorized charge on my 'home needs' bank account, causing an overdraft and thus overdraft fees, etc. I felt like I was on some debate team in finally convincing them to make recompense for the overdraft fees they caused me. But there's more. Almost six months after making rightful payment to them for the fuel, they're still sending me invoices and collections notices for half of what I owed them. I've had to call their customer service operations a number of times to get this sorted out. I've had to call back even after I've been assured that everything was settled. Apparently they'd put part of my payment as a credit on one of their other accounts they have for me, which, after finally getting the situation straightened out once and for all, there now telling me that I owe another twenty dollars on this 'other account'. I hope by now, with this snapshot of the mini-hell Buell tried to embroil me in, that you're able to smell the rank ** emanating from this place. I can't emphasize enough that you should avoid at all costs!!
