Service on 5/8/23. Called the Subaru Repair Shop at White Plains on 5/9/23 to report overcharges on my invoice. Was given an email xx@thepremirecollection and as of 5/25/23 havent received a response. (xx to protect the persons privacy)Seeking a refund of $205.65 in total.$139.64 from labor (that was in addition to the 3 hours time stamped on the invoice)$11.69 from related sales tax on the overcharge in labor, and $54.32 on the non-cash adjustmentAn unlawful non-cash adjustment fee of 3% was charged for using a credit card. It wasnt posted, explained or calculated for me as required by law, except on the final credit card receipt. See link to to the Westchester Consumer Affairs: ********************************************************** Additional Notes of overcharges I can not prove from the invoice so I could not ask for a refund:Labor on my invoice was calculated based on the time stamp listed under Opened. Labor charges begin when I checked in, though labor did not begin until 30 minutes later when sales rep asked my permission to begin work. Ready labor charges calculation included the time it took to complete the advertised FREE car wash and inflated the labor charges.

On July 5th, 2022 an employee of ******************* totaled my car while driving it to the dealership's service center where it was going in for a regular servicing. No one from ******************* called me to inform me my car was in an accident. I found out over *************************************************** I called ******************* to figure out what was going on and they apologized and said someone would call me to explain and give me next steps. No one ever called me, so I finally went in person to get answers. I was set up to work with ***************************, an assistant service manager, to deal with the problem. For ********************* wouldn't call me back. So I ended up going in person again to demand a meeting with a supervisor. I was scoffed at and dismissed. I demanded a meeting and on August, 12 met with ********************************************* Director of Fixed Operations *************************** and ***************************. I was again told I had an "emotional connection" to my car by ****** and he said they would go above and beyond what insurance was giving me to get me into a preowned, "new to me" car. The decision was finally made that I would get the insurance money plus $5,000 from the dealership to get me into a used car. I did not think this would be possible, knowing what the current car market is like, nor did I believe I should have to now get a used car, when I had originally purchased my car new. I decided to meet with the salesperson they agreed to set me up with to see what my options were. It turns out they have very little inventory. They have absolutely no pre owned sedans. So really my only option is to spend $9,000 out of my own pocket for a new car. When I had a perfectly good working car before they got their hands on it.
