Service on 5/8/23. Called the Subaru Repair Shop at White Plains on 5/9/23 to report overcharges on my invoice. Was given an email xx@thepremirecollection and as of 5/25/23 havent received a response. (xx to protect the persons privacy)Seeking a refund of $205.65 in total.$139.64 from labor (that was in addition to the 3 hours time stamped on the invoice)$11.69 from related sales tax on the overcharge in labor, and $54.32 on the non-cash adjustmentAn unlawful non-cash adjustment fee of 3% was charged for using a credit card. It wasnt posted, explained or calculated for me as required by law, except on the final credit card receipt. Labor charges begin when I checked in, though labor did not begin until 30 minutes later when sales rep asked my permission to begin work. Ready labor charges calculation included the time it took to complete the advertised FREE car wash and inflated the labor charges.
