I contacted Superb Motors Inc. on July 25, 2023 to inquire about a 2010 Acura TL I saw online. I informed them I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I provided them.the information regarding my Financials and they informed me that I was approved and they would get the paperwork in order. They contacted me and had me electronically sign the documents and provide a $1000.00 down payment. They forwarded me the "Bank" copies of the documentation and told me.the vehicle was going to be sent to get serviced and I could have it delivered to me upon its return. However, it has been 2 weeks and I cannot get a straight answer or anyone on the phone for that matter. Now I have these documents for a vehicle loan that I do NOT want to be stuck with because I never received the vehicle.Customer response

I went in to this used car dealership on the 11th of July to purchase an SUV I found online. When entering the dealership it seemed like a nice place, everyone was friendly, helpful and made me feel good about my purchase. I went in with an offer of $10,000 cash, the rest I said Id finish paying off to help build my credit, all was good until after I paid. They sent me the bill of sale so forth so on online, I electronically signed everything. The salesman then begins telling me there are some issues with the vehicle so it needs to stay at the shop to be repaired without any extra cost, I said okay, the next day I called several times the salesman wouldnt pick up the phone, after finally being in touch with him he began giving me the run around saying Im unable to pick the car up due to not having plates from the **** I said no problem Ill get my own plates, the next day he gives me the run around about insurance, I once again said no problem Ill get a different insurance, as days go by the story of the vehicle is continuously changing. I call multiple times a day rarely getting a response, Ive asked to speak to management and ** being told Ill receive a call back and never do. Its been over a week now, I am still unable to receive my vehicle or even a refund. I feel that I am being scammed, I believe that they are trying to sell a stolen vehicle as *** been told serval times by the salesman that they dont have the paperwork for the vehicle so why try and sell it? I was told they would deliver the vehicle to me without paperwork, I declined this offer. I am very upset about this situation and would either like to be refunded or be able to get the vehicle, I would not recommend this company to any new goers looking to buy a used car.Initial Complaint

**** is the 1st of July I have been trying to cancel this agreement due to not taking possession of the 2018 *** 340I, also due to contract stating more miles on it then when I originally started the purchase of the car (contract showing ****** instead of the ****** it was suppose to have) Also the price of the car was totally misrepresented. I am within my 14days to cancel this contract and am exercising that right today. I have tried to connect with the dealership and finance manager (******) for the last 4days ever since noticing these discrepancies. He has been rude, fraudulent and has hung up on me numerous times with no resolution. I have gone as far as putting him on the phone with **** the financing bank and he hung up on us as well. He stated that he would not reverse this deal and tough luck. I will be reporting this dealership to the BBB which probably won't make a difference considering their rating is a F with them. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a purchase and feel for anyone who attempts to do business with this fraudulent dealership.Initial Complaint

Recently bought a 2018 *** 340i with the trade in of a 2013 ****** *** hatchback. On April 10, 2023, Financed $42,000 with the agreement of them paying off my trade in with the amount due of $11,430.22. The *** has still not been paid off after 53 days. May 4th I personally went in to Superb Motors to touch up on this topic, sat there for 45 minutes and never spoke to the financial lady named ******. They gave me a copy of the receipt of the lien payoff on May 4th, 2023. Still to the date of today being June 2, 2023 the trade in still has not been paid off. This is not my first problem with this dealer since I bought the car. I just please need someone that can help my resolution this issue and teach this dealer a ******* This is not the first time they do this, Reading reviews they have done this one multiple occasions.Customer response

I bought a 2015 *** m4 from superb motors on January 31 2023. As I did the paperwork it took the salesperson over 3 hours to get car inspected . After I drove the car from the dealership I noticed the horn did not work as I almost got backed into in the parking lot of a shopping center . I took the car back two days later and they held on to the car for 3 weeks to fix a horn . Upon receiving the car as I was driving on the parkway the transmission blew and I was stuck on highway . They told me for 2 months they were fixing the car and lied n than gave me a routing number to wire my money back . And it still has not come . They didnt even give me a loaner car .Initial Complaint

We paid 2000,00 down on a 2019 Range Rover Velar on March 28, 2023. We spoke with a gentleman name ****** , he gave us a date when we was going to get our truck, when we didnt, he texted back in said that they gave me the wrong vin number to give to my insurance company so he gave me another vin number and said that nothing will change about the amount of the truck. We was scheduled to get it last Tuesday, no one informed me that we was not going to get it. I text ****** in told him that this was not business. He didnt text nor did he call me , three days later he text in said that the truck was stuck in ******* because of the flooding. I said ok when will I get it now? No response, I call four times, they keep saying that he was busy. I call the bank that is buying the truck for ** and they keep tell me that I need to talk with ****** . Allly Bank.Customer response

They keep giving false information. I have not received the refund of my deposit and ********* is expecting my husband to pay a note on a vehicle we have never seen. [Your Answer Here]

I bought a car from Superb Motors online. I asked the salesman if there were any issues with the car. I also saw the video and pictures on their website. The salesman said there were no issues with the car. When I received this car in *********** there was damage on the outside and inside the car. The transportation company had the pictures of when it was picked up. I tried to talk to the manager at the dealership and the salesman with no response. I can't reach either of them and won't return my calls. Also, it's been over a month, and have not received my $600 dollar refund and tags, plates, and taxes for ***********. They were to send the information and the check to the Harrison County tax collector. Still to this day, I have got no resolution. The car damage was $12,000.00 4 damaged rims $650.00, 3 bad tires $1000.00 and the radio k*** not working $850.00 to be fixed. None of this has was disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I attached the *** from the shipper and I have an email from the shipper saying the dealer said the car was damaged like this. - Purchased a car from SuperMotors in beginning of Feb 2023 and found out after the purchase that the car was not street legal. No emission components ( Catalytic Converters, runs on E85 methonol, stc ) - Returned the car on Feb 16th and they looked into fixing the car but decided not to because it would be too much money to fix it and they would lose money on the deal. They stated that they would take pocession of the car and give ** back our down payment of ********* and they would pay of the car to Ally Auto Finance that I got the loan through. - They sent me a text message with the picture of the check for ********* to satify the loan but never sent it to Ally. - contacted Ally to confirm that they paid the loan and they have not received anything from SuperbMotor.- I have been trying to contact Suberbmotors on this to get the loan satified and they have not taken my calls and when they do they put me on hold and tell me they are workin gon it and then there is no movement. It has been over 1 month, and 15 days and Ally keeps calling me for payment and I am not paying the loan since I do not have the car anymore in my procession. I never received the registration from the *** either, so the car is not mine. - Still trying to contact Superb Motors to this day ( 4/12/2023 )I need helpInitial Complaint

I did not get the car as the car was not available so I want the money returned to the finance company (Capitol one) as its been two weeks and still they have not returned the money. I also want my title to the car (Lexus) that I was supposed to trade but never got the car I was supposed to purchased so Id like my title back.Customer response

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY CLAIM TO HAVE INSPECTED MY *** BEFORE GIVING IT TO ME AND WITHIN A MONTH MY *** BATTERY STOPPED 4 TIMES I HAD TO CALL ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!! THEY ALSO DID NOT REGISTER MY *** WITH THE *** AND MY TEMPORARY REGISTRATION IS EXPIRED IVE BEEN CALLING FOR OVER A WEEK NOW AND KEEP GETTING A RUN AROUND!!! EVEN HAD SOMEONE SAY OH WELL YOU CANT RETURN THE *** THEY WATCH THE CALLER ID TO SEE IF YOU ARE CALLING AND DONT PICK UP!!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!I WOULD GIVE THE A NEGATIVE-0 RATING IF I COULD THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A DEALERSHIP EVEN THE MANAGERS **** AND **** ARE TERRIBLE!!!!
