I was referred to this company about business lending. I applied and got approved. I was told to give my user and password over the phone, so they could verify my account. I told them no so they sent a link to upload my information. ******** my bank account as instructed and never received loan. I signed the loan approval and told funds will come. Funds never came an they told me the lender now declines my application. Which makes no sense and its after I already signed all documents for obtaining a loan. Everything was fine until I wouldnt allow them into my account. This place is a scam and they never voided my loan. Now I have a loan out there never being fundedBusiness response

****, we are sorry to hear about your experience you had while trying to obtain financing through our platform. It is not often that situations like this arise once a client is approved, but it does happen from time to time once all documentation is submitted and reviewed by underwriting.
Similar to traditional banks, we use financial service technology which allows you to directly link your bank account to our lenders for bank verification. We have no access to this information as it is a true third party platform.

I signed up for services with Rok Financial on October 26, 2021. The company presents itself that they can help small business obtain term loan and lines of credit as unsecured even as a start up. My company **************** a real estate business reached out to Rok Financial for services. I spoke with *************************** who is credit specialist for the company. ***************** insisted that once I sign up for the business services I will receive the following within sixty days. I paid Rok Financial ***** for their services. Walk through all the necessary steps to set up your business credibly to meet credit issuer and lender approval criteria.Get access to your experian smart business data so you can track your business credit building in real time.Learn how your business credit reports and scores work, and access paid credit monitoring through Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Equifax.Get access to vendors who will give your credit that reports to the business reporting agencies, even if you have no credit reported now. Get HIGH limit, revolving, store credit cards in your business name including ********************************************* Depot, **** Club, BJs, Best Buy and most other major retailers.Get access to fleet credit, cash credit cards and auto vehicle financing without a personal credit check or personal guarantee.Not only have I not receive the following services above. Rok financial signed me up for ************ and every two weeks a different representative from the company will call to check on my progress. I always instructed the representative my business credit score are very good and I'm ready to move to the next phrase, which is obtaining funding to purchase real estate. I was instructed that ******************************* is my account manager and she will call me. I emailed ***** and called and my phone calls or emails have not been responded to. I have asked for a full refund and cancellation of the services.Business response
