Victory Cars Central is avoiding my calls and refusing to cancel my warranty. The warranty company has also emailed them on my behalf, and they have not reached out. Victory Cars Central has been a displeasure to work with. I need them to send my warranty cancellation letter to *********** or I will be forced to take legal action.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I continue to request the warranty be canceled, but no luck. Im assuming the warranty gives them commission, so they are avoiding cancelling it. My next step is unfortunately making the 3 hour drive to the dealership to ensure it is cancelled. Very unpleasant experience.
At this time, I have not been contacted by Victory Cars Central LLC regarding complaint ID ********.

They Billed me in the contract for ******** for a car warranty 36 Months/3Year with Drivecare And there is no Insurance on this car. I want a refund of ******** from this dealer. I have tried contacting this company to no avail. ****** even get in touch with claims only leave a message and get NO returned calls. THIS in my opinion is a SCAM.The DRIVECARE Agreement # is ********** Purchase date 2/18/24 Vehicle 2018 Dodge Durango I paid ******** in cash and financed the balance with *********** Auto Finance which they recommended.Customer response

I went to purchase a Benz and trade in my **** Victory Car Central agree to pay me $8000 for the **** They had me sign documents at the office one day, the next time I returned the documents were altered. Victory Car Central took my **** I bought a Benz from them and traded in the **** The documents show that I paid for both cars, but does not show the $8000. I am currently paying for both cars. I had a car accident in June 2026, I did not have Gap so I am paying for the rest that the check did not cover. The loan company said Victory Car Central owes me the fees and tax paid for the north star. I drove to the office and spoke to them about that and ***** said he will take care of it with MCU. ***** never did and never answered my calls after.Business response

Dealership advertised 2019 Kia ******* for "special internet price"****** (****** with red line through number) underneath special price. The fine print stated must have print out of ad and mention the price to sales at start of appointment, along with financing @ 72 mths & 25% down. In a separate section it lists the CASH price as ******. I did all that was required, at end of apt I left a ****** deposit they called "right of refusal" meaning if anyone showed interest in car prior to me obtaining finance with them dealer would call me and if they could not reach me, the $500 deposit gave them the "right to refuse" showing this car to anyone else. A few days later I met with **** the finance manager to go over terms final number ******. It was explained that the 25% was on top of the ****** NOT ****** - 25 %. I explained that was not acceptable and request to scrap loan and would pay cash price of ******. That is when sales manager explained that price was ****** and they just put the ****** for get people in the door. I was told I would not get car for price. They still have my deposit and have since lowered price by ***** on website. I would like them to honor price that I will pay via bank check with ****** deposit applied to price. Along with someone explaining it is not ok to defraud consumers.Business response

My boyfriend and I bought a vehicle from this dealer on December 20, 2023. It is 2023 Dodge challenger-blue. My boyfriend was the one who went to the dealer and did all the procedures, but the title is under my name. After we bought the car, we found out there is a gap between the hood and the front bumper. So my boyfriend called the dealer about the issue right away and texted them many times. Weeks later, the salesperson ***** told him it could be our problem and that we caused this problem after we bought the car. But my boyfriend did take photos and videos on the day we purchased which can show that the gap existed before. Please see attachment. He also sent them the videos and photos and asked for speak with the ***********************. But we never received any response. Another incident is it took almost six weeks to get my plate. I got pulled over twice by police asking about my plate. I texted them many times and they seems they did not care. Finally, two days ago they called my boyfriend about the plate, and my bf specifically said send the plate to his queens address instead of my new jersey address and the dealer confirmed with him. However, they sent the plate to my new jersey address yesterday. They are very unprofessional. Now I just want them to fix my problem existed before the purchase.Business response

This damage was not present when we sold the vehicle looks like someone backed into the car causing the front bumper to shift.Also plates were overnighted to the customer.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have video evidence dated the same time as the vehicle was sold. At the time, the vehicle has not left the dealer's premises.
As for the plate, it took forever to have the plate ready. I was pulled over twice by the police because i did not have plate.
The plate delivery process is odd. The dealer directly asked us the address where the plate should be sent. I gave the address. However, it was overnighted to other address in other state. It is hard to make such rookie mistake. I could not imagine how reckless this dealer is.
