    This place doesnt deserve any stars, I was scammed from the second I walked into that place on 2/26/24 , the purchase price of my vehicle listed on the website was ********* and change , I ended up financing ********* with a 23%interest rate !! No where on my contract was my original purchase price of the vehicle, three days afterwards I ended up needing a complete brake and rotor replacement after being told it had been done by there recommended mechanic, I called again and explained I still was hearing grinding while I was breaking. They said the job was done , my father inspected that breaks and rotors right after I told him what was going on and he called the mechanic and dealer to tell them that the work was not done despite what they where being told. Then in may I contacted the dealer in my attempt to try to refinance my payment and I asked for my extended warranty to be cancelled, they told me about they would but warned me if any issues arise with the car Im responsible for it, they then told me about the pro rata and said it would take about ************************************************************************************************ it still wasnt cancelled, none of finance managers would get on the phone with me they just told the answering service to tell me they did what they needed to do on there end. Still in September 2024 4 months after I cancelled the warranty, it is still not cancelled, I called the dealership and I was surprised when I got a call back after not leaving a message and he informed me that the cancellation was never done and he couldnt tell me why. He then out me In touch with his warranty girl and she gave me a hard time as well, told me she would cancel it right away and call me or email me a picture of the check when it came in its been almost 3 weeks I emailed her 3 separate times and she never responded to me. I called the warranty company myself to see if it was canceled and it still was not!!
