Heads up! they charge the full cost of the appointment if you miss it, usually no big deal, but *Bonus* is they keep your card on file and if you are not actively checking your card for extra charges, they sneak in extra charges. I had a 60min massage that I missed bc I woke up that morning to a family emergency. I was occupied the whole day and didn't realize until the following day I even had missed the appointment until I saw there was not ONE but TWO charges on my account. Exactly what someone needs after a day like that. One was the actual cancelation fee of 68 dollars (yea they think they deserve that much for literally not doing anything I think that should have been enough of a red flag for me) the value of the massage I was actually scheduled for and as ridiculous that is for a missed appointment I was okay with it bc thats what I agreed to UNTIL they ALSO decided to take it upon their immoral thieving as$3s to charge my card an extra $30.....when I dug through my emails for any kind of receipt (bc the charges themselves aren't labeled in any kind of way) it said they charged me for "an extra 30 minutes" The security of your money, your peace, and your sanity is enough to NOT get a massage with them. I've cancelled my membership and will be going elsewhere and making sure everyone I've recommeneded to go there knows to go elsewhere as well. These people are unprofessional, phony, immoral, they lack common sense or common decency and definitely don't deserve my or anyone else's hard earned money. How much they can get out your bank account is literally a game to them. Ps. They offer promotions and discounts for good reviews by the way . So keep that in mind too. If we lived in a word we're consumerism came down to JUST services, they are OKAY, but when we're talking about trustworthiness, security of your money, and FINANCIAL peace of mind, GO ELSEWHERE! they are NOT worth the drama and BS you will eventually face bc of their greed and idiocy.

We are sorry you have decided to cancel your monthly massage membership. Our late cancellation and no-show policy is clearly stated when appointments are made and agreed upon with your signature on file. (viewable here from our website: https://2zdpie40sk9449rudw2zjxce-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/TermsAndConditions.pdf) As this was your 2nd no-show appointment and a history of 4 late cancellations we had previously waived fess for, we unfortunately cannot continue to waive these charges as your Therapists needs to paid for the time they have set aside for your appointment. As we discussed on the phone, when you made your appointment you had scheduled your regular 60-min Monthly Membership Massage at your discounted rate and added an additional 30-minutes of time. As a total of 90-minutes was blocked off for the appointment that you did not show up for you were charged for the entirety of the appointment (less a 20% discount as a monthly massage member). We value all our patients and understand unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. However, after establishing a chronic pattern of not valuing our Therapists time we do have to enforce our cancellation and no-show policy. As a side note, we would like to address the comment of offering "promotions and discounts for good reviews". Our Wellness Rewards Program will reward Patients with 100 points they can accrue to redeem towards a free massage (1000 points = Free 30 Minute Massage). The content of the reviews are completely at the Patient's discretion. You can read more about our Wellness Reward Program in detail here: https://handinhealth.com/specials/#wellness-program

      Customer Response

What you're NOT gonna do is literally lie to make yourselves look better.thats hilarious like reading that was entertaining ill give you that. I have every single email from you guys and a record of every appointment I have made I was late one time and your "therapist" deducted the time off. I have NEVER missed an appointment prior to this incident,, not ONCE did I make an error in the time frames in which I call your mess of of a business to cancel or reschedule an appointment I have had ONE issue prior to this rescheduling an appointment bc your offices have the worst communication between clients and employees that I've seen in a wanna-be professional establishment ever. Trying to get a hold of anyone specific in your office including yourself, KYLE, is a he said she said game of phone tag and not once when I was dealing with this issue or any other did I ever actually get to speak directly to my "therapist" Brian. So NO you never waived fees for me in the past you and your employees issues with communication was the reason the messages didn't get relayed to Brian in time and that's why you guys COULDNT charge me the fees and not ONCE did Brian or ANY of your other "employees" literally EVER voice to me that i was given any kind of courtesy or that I was owed fees that uou have waived so again convenient how now I have all these things on my record. It's gross on your part how far you would go to save face. And you spewing all that BS trying to respond like you had any ground to walk on addressing me is hilarious bc I told you ima always have time for you, nitwit. You proved what I said right. That you will literally lie and spin vague policies to save face and hide the fact that you're actually running an unprofessional unorganized business with a group of morons picking up phones in passing and actually don't give enough of a crap to make sure they're relaying the correct information to each other on TIME. Like I said and ima said it again bc I know you're clearly uneducated and couldn't get it the first time, just like poor Brian, I DID NOT schedule a 90 minute and me saying that 2 plus times to you directly should have been enough. You're poorly trained and unfocused employee literally decided to add that on himself bc of a sidebar conversation after he already told me he entered it when I asked for my SIXTY MINUTES. so any time he wasted outside of the 60 min window I AGREED TO was HIS fault. NOT MINE, HIS. I feel like I gotta break it down real slow and simple for yall bc you either refuse to get it bc youre choosing pride and ego like I said over good customer service or youre so uneducated, slow, and gullible that you just take your employees word over actual facts and repeated statements of your customers. You're a terrible business owner with poor business practices and yes what I said about the reviews stand. You give discounts for good reviews and your therapists definitely make sure to mention it. So again you try to hop on here replying to me like you had anything real to actually say when in fact you were willing to post any response you had to to make yourself and your "therapist" not appear like the immoral unprofessional thieves that you actually are. You werent sorry I cancelled my membership and no you did not care you were losing a client you just wanted to be the big man that told the woman she was lying without listening to her side of the story or the facts. It was a matter of "no means no because I said so" there was no reasoning with you bc your decision wasn't based off any actual logic. Disgusting. The way this whole situation was handled and that whole phone call with you was disgusting and this is some underhanded way to try to be petty and prossional at the same time you failed bc something I always have as well is receipts and witnesses and you're not gonna try to continue this bs game of just making crap up to paint me like I was late and missing appointments bc now not only is brian a theif and a liar but so are you. And I got my money back already so like I said it wasn't about the money so you can take your policies and links and literally and shove it as far up as you can bc im sure it's roomy up there. It's about the fact that I TOLD YOU DIRECTLY that I did NOT schedule it that way and you essentially called me a liar and refused to make it right. Interesting you keep brushing past that part you and your whole business is a joke.
