      I have a ********** credit card account with ********************. My partner was in an accident in November, 2023, which required surgery and was unable to work for over a month. All the bills fell to me and I was unable to keep up with my credit card payments. My account has 3-4 late fees and I called their customer service line to see if the fees can be reversed so I can bring the account current but was told only 1 fee could be reversed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I received a spiel from the rep saying no one at Citibank can reverse the fees and something about the fair credit act. If I ask to speak to management, I expect to be transferred. I dont need a spiel about the fair credit act. Furthermore, Discover and ***** removed the fees that I had with them so what does the fair credit act have to do with any of this? They have no empathy for their customers. I would like the late fees on my account removed so I can bring my account current please.

      Citi is mishandling a transaction dispute. The current assigned investigator is incompetent and not following guidelines and regulations. Citi is intentionally delaying this investigation and inappropriately favoring the response of the merchant in this matter. I was told on a recorded phone call to "send the merchandise back so we can resolve this matter in your favor." I sent the merchandise back and Citi has failed to resolve the dispute in my favor. This dispute amount is $5,699.99.

      06/29/2023 $60000 taken from my ***** bank account. I was reassured that the money would not come out of my bank account. I was told the transaction was cancelled prior to the withdraw. i was also reassured since i cancelled opening my account with citi that if the transaction tried to process it would be rejected. I discovered the $60,000 missing on 06/30/2023. I called i was told that it would be returned in 1-3 business days. ***** ****** with ***** called to confirm. we were then told that the money will be returned by check in a couple weeks. I am not ok with this since i was told that transaction was cancelled originally.

      May 3 2023 I received an email saying that my request to cancel my auto payment was accepted and stopped. I called that day asking what that was about. After a couple times of me calling turns out they declared me dead. There was no explanation why and they said they would fix it. Today I get an email saying my credit score has dropped. It's dropped about 100 points because Citi is now saying I am late. I am not late making my payment they have reopened my account but they haven't explained why they said I was dead and what happened. And there is still work to do on my account. Oh I'm not dead.
