What a *************. I purchased 2 *********** products and they BOTH stopped working after only 3 uses. I email, was told I need to return products before they would consider replacement. I am housebound, and not only that, the cost of return shipping is more than I can afford. They don't care...many emails later...they have finally processed a full refund-or so they say via email. I am awaiting the cheque in the mail. I will NEVER purchase anything from these people again. The absolute WORST experience. I had to threaten them with telling my bank this was a questionable charge before they would consider a refund! Not only that-because I am disabled and live in the state where I live-there are rules about selling faulty products to a disabled person who purchases them to help have a decent quality of life. That would have meant a lawsuit-but I would have done it because this company needs to learn that they cannot just go around s******* people and expect to get away with it!

Watch the ***************************** Tac Light commercial and notice how they place the tac light under the monster truck tires so the it fits between the treads of the tire so it won't be damaged- then see how they place the other flash lights near the middle of the tire so they will be smashed. I consider this to be false advertising.

The ad Alien tape has on TV is so misleading! It should be taken down! They have 3 rolls and then SHOW 3 MORE rolls if you buy right now So that would be 6 rolls. So I go to their website and order BUT I get stopped with another AD which Alien Tape states that If you buy right I can have 3 more rolls for just an additional $14.95. No shipping or handling b/c I have already paid for the $6.95 1 time. Well I received 2 boxes of Alien tape yesterday, 12-27-31 and there are 3 rolls in a box so that is only 6 ROLLS!!! This COMPANY SHOULD BE FINED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING NOT ONLY ON TV BUT VIA INTERNET!

Last year, after Christmas If my memory serves me correctly, I purchased two (2) the tac-shavers. One of the products didn't even work and the second piddled out after three months of use. I appreciate the better business bureau here in ******** ****** for the opportunity to at least get the word out there. Not that all products that come from China, are as defunct. If I were to speak openly, just patent crapoola. With my parkinson's disease I cannot even use them for parts. Please be weary!!

I ordered a blue GraniteStone 9” round baking pan and 17” cookie sheet. On Sept 14, 2022 my ****** account was charged $47.97 but these items were never received. I would like either the products delivered to me or monetary restitution to my ****** account.

Purchased 100 ft. Bionic Steel Pro garden hose through ****** in June of 2022. Within weeks it began to leak. Sought a replacement from ****** but return window had closed. I then went to Emson whose product package claims a 5-year warranty. I provided requested proof of purchase info, a picture of the product leaking, and verified my shipping address. I've had no responses to multiple emails asking for an update on my request for a replacement. Be aware of this company and its products.

i ordered the Gotham steel pots and pans last month the other day is the first time i used the cookie sheet when went to clean it i used a soft cloth and dish soap and as i wiped the coating start coming off the more i wiped the more it came off i called their one 800 number and got the run around then i was told to send an email and i am still waiting for a response from them. i am glad i ordered from ****** cause i just have to return the whole set and they are giving me a full refund. this company will not answer you and if you keep sending messages u will not get a return email. i am disappointment in the fact they are on tv with a lifetime warranty yet don't call you back or email you back. thanks to ****** i can get a set and make sure i read the reviews before buying they should be ashamed for not owning up.

I purchased the Bionic Flex Hose three times, I guess I never learn my ******* This last time I called them about the hose that I purchased just this year, 2022, has sprung a leak and explained to them I had just thrown the last two away and I was sick of throwing good money out the door. The first time they said I would have to send them a picture of the hose leaking and they gave me a email address of *************************. I tried several times but each time I got a notice from my email stating the address was not found. I called them back they stated it was a good email and try again, I did still nothing. I called again and then they stated since the last one was just purchased this year they would send me a new one and email me a tracking number so I could track it. Never Got It. They are not trust worthy and I would have never bought anything from them if I knew it came from *****.

This cookware from ****** ***** is from ***** and of poor quality and a health hazard. Avoid this company its just a front for selling ******* garbage

Bionic Steel Hose - 100 feet is HORRIBLE and Emson **** does not stand my their 5-year warranty. My hose did not even last for 6 months. I have contacted **************** and have been bounced around since early Mar 2022 with no resolve. Shetima in **************** asks me for the same receipts, pictures and relevant documents under various Request Nos. She keeps opening NEW Request Numbers, when the issue has not been resolved. I have Request # ***** / ***** / 38098.I paid $ 102 for this Bionic Steel Hose and it is not worth it. This company has TERRIBLE **************** and treats customers very poorly.I am a Senior on a fixed income and being treated so badly by this company.I will NEVER recommend this Hose or any other product that this company sells because their **************** is very poor. I have MANY emails and all the relevant documents on record and to date have not received the replacement hose.Please do not make the same mistake that I did and buy the Bionic Steel Hose.I am going to take this further.............. **************** New *********** Consumer Reviews on TV and expose this company for the awful ways they are treating their customers.Please DO NOT buy products from this company.
