              I purchased a Bell and Howell Socket Fan on September 6, 2024 from **********. Within a couple of weeks, and under normal usage, the remote control stopped working. I changed the batteries, but the remote still does not work. Since the fan is all but useless without the remote, I reached out to Bell and Howell through their online "contact us" form. After multiple attempts at contact and several months of waiting, I have received no communication from the company.

              What a *************. I purchased 2 *********** products and they BOTH stopped working after only 3 uses. I email, was told I need to return products before they would consider replacement. I am housebound, and not only that, the cost of return shipping is more than I can afford. They don't care...many emails later...they have finally processed a full refund-or so they say via email. I am awaiting the cheque in the mail. I will NEVER purchase anything from these people again. The absolute WORST experience. I had to threaten them with telling my bank this was a questionable charge before they would consider a refund! Not only that-because I am disabled and live in the state where I live-there are rules about selling faulty products to a disabled person who purchases them to help have a decent quality of life. That would have meant a lawsuit-but I would have done it because this company needs to learn that they cannot just go around s******* people and expect to get away with it!
