      I had a disappointing experience at Zara today. The store staff were dismissive and made me feel like my concerns werent important. When I reached out to customer service hoping for better support, I received the same lackluster response. It's frustrating when a brand I used to love treats customers with such disregard. I expect better from a company like Zara, but unfortunately, todays experience left a lot to be desired.

      It is impossible to order on Zara's website. I spent way too much time trying and was unsuccessful. My husband then tried, He was unsuccessful. I tried to call a store thinking they could assist with my order. The system is designed so that the caller CANNOT reach a human when calling a physical store. Then I called ***************** thinking they could help me place an order. ****. They are not allowed to take credit card information. I then went to ******** and purchased from them, paying half the price for a very cute garment for my granddaughter, and getting excellent customer service. I assume ********************** does not need my business. So why are they in business?

      I purchased three items on 10/28 and got an email that it was delivered on 11/1 through **** **** Overnight with no picture of the package on my doorstep or proof of delivery. I have called Zara three separate times since then to inquire about where my package is. They kept telling me that they would look into it and email me and I have not received ONE written response or correspondence since then. It's very shady and I'm not comforted to see on their socials in the comments and here so many people in similar situations! Help us!

      They sent me bad order and wont let refund it for and I cant even have someone pick them up for me. I have no way of return them so Im out $80 and no help whatsoever. They seriously sucked at communicating. Never buying from Zara again

      Do not buy anything here. They do not honor their return policy unless youre white. Not an exaggeration. This white lady next to me returned these used earrings w/out the packaging stating she just didnt like the style as much and they gave her her money back: I returned perfume that was unused the next dah after purchasing and they refused to return accept the return even after the male manager opened the boxes and confirmed they were new. He stated because they have to damage it out because its opened now. I said youre the one who literally just opened them and confirmed theyre still new. He said take it up w/customer service who said take it up w/the store. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

      First time shopping at Zara USA and worse customer service. Ordered a big order and liked everything except my jogger jeans has the security tag on it that they didnt take off before shipping. I wanted the joggers for an outfit and rushed to Zara in the *********** location. Store associate there did nothing to help me. Said she was not able to take security off and had to wait for manager. After about 5 minutes, the manager came. Saw my online receipt and said he cannot do anything to help me. He said I had to call customer service and walk away. I asked if I can just return or exchange item and he said no. I was so upset. I told the store associate I am not leaving this store until I get it resolved. I demanded customer service number and called on the spot and the person online was so helpful. Gave a case code to help me get the security tag off. If the managers in store cannot do that then what do they do? I dont understand how Zaras mistake of sending me an item with the security tag on made it my hassle to get it resolved. The manager was also horrible at explaining this and just said he cant do anything and walked away initially which was so upsetting. If I did not demand to get it fixed on the spot, it would not have been resolved. Horrible.

      I have had two online returns that were lost and never refunded. zara claims items were not in package and they did not help when the tracking shows delivered this is ridicolous that they are stealing from their customers

      Let me just off with Zara has the worst customer service ever!! I just read a review online and someone had the same issue with ordering and returning product that we received in bad condition and wasn't "***orted" to them so they cant do anything about it. I ordered 5 dresses for my daughters first birthday and ended up keeping only 1. 1 of the dresses came with a little rip at the ********** guess 2 other dresses had black stains on it. I only tried the dresses on & put it back in the boxes to return with tags still attached. I sent them back and finally got an email for my refund with only one dress. I called to see why since all the dress were sent back in one box. The *** told me the dresses were defective. I told him I received the dress just how they received it back from me and he told me I didn't ***ort it so I cant do anything about it. They are shipping the dresses back to me. Honestly Zara this is ******** and your employees are not doing their jobs and sending people dirty & defective stuff. This is not the first time I received dirty items but I just ended up keeping it and washing it but now I have to keep 3 dresses that are dirty & ripped and will cost me more money to get it fixed or dry cleaned. Shame on you ZARA!!!!!!!
