I ordered $175 of clothes. The quality is mediocre & this last order fit was very off. I ordered a size 14 kids for my slender tall ********** could barely get her calves in the pants. Shirts were short. I emailed customer service, they understood and said to send back the clothes and theyll waive the return fee. I didnt know there was a fee to return things, but ok, mine was waived. I returned only the items that were obviously labeled incorrectly as it fit as a size 10 not 14. Well they did a partial refund of $26 (I was owed around $55). I asked why partial and they said: 3 of the items returned were final sale. Ok! I asked for those items to be sent back to ********* said: NO. Then I asked for my money back: they said:NO. Then I pleaded with *********** said: sorry it was final sale. I said: fine but please dont steal my money, please give me back my $28! They refused. I asked for a gift card, they offered a coupon code for $26.50 only. I asked why? I sent real money not a coupon how is this fair. Then they chose not to answer any more of my emails pleading for them to be fair. $28 may not seem like a lot to some people but the principle is theyre a terrible *********** would never ever buy from them again. I was forced to use a coupon code of less what I was actually owed & forced to use it within a tight timeframe because they insisted it will expire. Again, they refused to refund me the original form of payment or even a gift card. A gift card would allow me to use any of their coupon codes to help with shipping.. nope. They refused. This is not right. I did nothing wrong. I ordered from them, sizes were off & since I asked for their help they told me I could return these items. They refused the final sale items & kept them anyway. If they sent it back I would be fine, Id regift them or sell on marketplace but to keep them & keep my money is awful & deceitful. I pleaded for them not to do that & they dont care. They had a sick pleasure of stealing $28!
