Hone has issues with billing and the fact a person never knows when a **** is actually due or advance notice when your card will be debited. The area of a persons account titled " next billing date" is always blank or "undetermined". Then seemingly at random dates you get billed. Its never on a set time schedule like every 30 days. A person has no clue when charges will be taken from your account on file. This is ridiculous. I know of no other business from credit cards to utility bills that do not provide information when payment is due.Customer response

For 4 months I have been askeding Hone Health to cancel my subscription and to close the account. All my emails go ignored and I cannot reach them by phone. They have deliberately prevented a cancellation of the account and continue to **** me.Customer response

I have for the last two refills not recieved them prior to the last running out. I have made numerous attempts to contact them through email, phone, and direct message on their website. I have currently been out of my medication for four weeks. I have continued to be charged for services not rendered. All I want i to recieve my medication on time as a desired outcome.Business response

My credit card was charged for a testosterone replacement monthly subscription that I never activated. I contacted the company and they said they would refund the money to my credit card. I waited the 5 to 10 days they said I had to for the money to be credited to my card and it never happened. I called them and they told me they know nothing about the credit and that they would have to get back to me. I just want my $200 back that they charged to my card without my consent and without any service being rendered.Business response

We also advised the customer to send us information in regards to the credit card that was charged on Apr 12th 2022, but have not heard back.
If they can provide us with the below information, we can look into this matter further:

Hone has failed to deliver prescribed medication on time either of the last two months despite calling, messaging, and emailing in upwards of 10x per day seeking help with this issue. Last month the medication arrived 1/2 day later despit contacting customer service over 10 times, and this month the medication is a day late and counting despite attempting to contact customer service over 50 times this past week. I have been charged for and paid for this service in full, however Hone has failed to deliver the agreed upon services. I contacted True Pill directly (they fulfill medication orders for Hone) and they confirmed that Hone has not submitted a single request for my presecription to be filled despite having 3 refills remaining on my prescription. They have also billed me incorrectly, cancelled appointments with no notice, and essentially have a non-existant customer service department. I'm deeply concerned about my health at this point and have no other recouse. Please contact me directly with any additional questions.Last monthCustomer response
