On 11/14 I paid a $500 down payment on a new vehicle from this group. On the 17th I was advised I would need to put down $5,000 more which I advised I could not afford. I was then told that my payment (made in cash) would be mailed by check to me in 6-10 business days. The very next day 11/18 I was called and told to pick up the check. On 11/19 I went to cash the check and was told by 3 different banks the check is invalid. I have contacted one of the women who signed the check. She stated she would look into it, as of today 11/29 I have heard nothing from her, and she is screening my phone calls.Initial Complaint

I put a $500 refundable deposit on a vehicle at Vision ******* on 8/24/22. On 10/17/22 I decided not to move forward with the vehicle and asked for my $500 deposit to be returned. I have made multiple phone calls to both the dealership and the corporate office. I have left voicemails. I have sent emails. I have sent text messages to the salesman (Mark P*******). I have gotten no response. I did not sign a contract. This was a refundable deposit. I want my $500 deposit promptly returned to me. This is excessive and the dealership is now ignoring me.
