            I am leasing a vehicle and I have been having nothing but issues with the vehicle. every time I they call me and make an appointment and I get there for the appointment they cannot do the work. I have missed work to drop off the car only to get there for them to tell me they are sorry they cannot help and I need ot make another appointment. The manager is never available to talk to. teh service people are rude and they leave my car very dirty after any service.

            I travel from Toronto to Buffalo every three months and on May 18, 2024, my car overheated and my serpentine belt snapped. I got my vehicle towed by *** to Northtown Chrysler Jeep and got professional help by this dealership. It could not have happened but for the gentleman I met that works here named Bill. I was so happy with his professionalism and he was patient and diligent to see my car got repaired from when I arrived to the dealership. I am so grateful that Bill works here as he deserves a medal for his thoroughness. He also followed up with a phone call to me about a half hour after I left the dealership to find out if everything was going well. These are the kind of people anybody owning a company would love to have. I am forever grateful and will always choose this dealership because of Bill. Also a thank you to the mechanic behind the scene.
