Placed order on 5/23/2024. Received shipping notification on 5/24/2024. Tracking number: **********************. To date (6/3/2024), the status shows **** Awaiting Item. I have tried contacting vendor with two emails and ******** Messenger. I have not received any responses.Customer response

Placed order online as I have done before , card immediately charged. see screenshot attached with order confirmation. Sent emails and text, no response. Called number on their site and it goes to fax.. Just want my order since I was already charged for itBusiness response

The Above referenced order was placed on 03/04/2024 and have been processed and shipped on 03/06/2024. Please note that as per Shipping Policy all orders are processed and shipped within ***** hours of placing the order regardless of shipping method. We have also reviewed the order's tracking info and we have confirmed that the order was delivered 03/09/2024 to the ****************** address. Provided below are quick links for reference.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However it does not fix problems with phone and lack of communication ie. Does not respond to emails or text and phone goes to fax, no way to communicate.

On 1/19/2024 I placed an order like I have always done for the past couple of years. I usually get a confirmation email immediately with an order number. This time I did not. I waited a couple of days still did not receive one. Ive emailed several times with no response. I called the number on the website it did not work. Called again and it seems to go to a fax machine. They have taken the money out of my account. I just want what I ordered and a response. If they cant fulfill the order then just say so and refund my money.Thanks ********Initial Complaint

Purchased from MVS. Defective product arrived. After multiple attempts to contact customer service sent RMA form and I immediately sent the defective product back to them for a replacement. This was a delivered a month ago according to **** tracking. *********** totally ghosted me. Will not respond to email and their customer service number listed on their website is fake.Customer response

I placed an order with this store. As soon as I placed the order my credit card was charged. Only after placing the order did a notice pop up that says they don't ship to my state. So they charged me for an order they can't fulfill. Also, I put in my correct address but the site made me log in before ordering and it automatically changed to an old address when I logged in. I don't live at that address. They have no means of contacting the company, so I can't let them know the address isn't correct and even though I tried to change it instantly after placing the order, the site said the order was already being processed and it was too late to make changes. All of that is relatively moot given they can't ship to my state but didn't inform me until directly after placing the order, charging my card, and providing no means of contact.Customer response

I bought an ******* ***** that wasn't producing flavor. I bought Time Bomb and Zen Haus juice from Vapor Authority. I steeped the juices, producing pungent smells, and the juices are known brands that are bought regularly by people, but they still didn't have taste. The best I could get out of MyVaporStore was an "inspection of the device" and exchange. I used a 1.2 and a 0.5 ohm coil and neither worked. I later saw horrible reviews, including on the MyVaporStore website. Why would I want to rely on an "inspection" of a device that ***** no matter what with the potential ability to get another one to replace it? They took three days to respond with their insulting response and once I responded with the request for a return/refund, they stopped talking entirely.Initial Complaint

On 06/10/2022 I place an online order for two products from MVS. Order # *******.One of the products was defective, out of the box. I initiated a return on 6/21/2022. I was sent a return label with a tracking #. I boxed and returned the product and the tracking # confirms they received it on 6/25/2022.Since then I have emailed multiple times requesting an update on a replacement or refund and have not received any response. I ordered a GeekVape Aegis Solo 2 ( S100 ) Starter Kit - Classic Black and ***************** (Zeus) Atomizer Head - Pack of 5 - Z2 - 0.2ohm on 4/12/22. The total for my purchase was $90.92. An email was sent that the products had shipped via **** First Class Mail on 4/12/22. The tracking number provided indicated that my purchase was delivered to my front door on 4/15/22 but it was not. Neither was the package in my mailbox. I filed a complaint with **** to attempt to locate my package and they insist that it was delivered to my door but I have cameras at my home and the mailman never came to my door that day. According to the manufactures website, I was charged an additional $7 for an adult signature verification service, in which case the *********** would have been required to get a signature from whomever they delivered the package to. I have reached out to the company via email because there is no phone number anywhere on their site to contact them and have received NO response. I would like a full refund or replacement of my purchase since it was not shipped with an adult signature verification label as indicated and I have still not received what I ordered and paid for. It should also be noted that I have issued a dispute for the charge on my credit card with my credit card company but I would be willing to cancel it if I My Vapor Store can make this right! I have ordered from them before and the reason I chose to order my new kit from them is because I have never had a problem and their shipping has always been fast and easy but this is beyond frustrating.Customer response

I emailed My Vapor Store (MVS) several times requesting information about when a product would be back in stock. I never received answers from any of those emails. I ordered something similar to the products I wanted and I have received them. I have not opened the package. I checked their website for an address (no address) and while researching I saw that MVS now has the product I wanted in stock. I wish to return the products I purchased and receive the products that I wanted originally since they are back in stock and I would like them to communicate with me in the future if I have questions.Customer response
