I was extremely disappointed in the service received. The job was only half done, because "she cleaned where she could reach", leaving dust and cobwebs in corners, on light fixtures, and anything higher up. I asked for the walls to be washed (which was added to the price), but was told they looked clean enough, so they didn't get washed. Had the carpets steam cleaned and the lady proceeded to dump the dirty water down the sink and clogged it. A couple days after they left, I noticed my hoodie was missing and asked about it. I was told it was taken by mistake; however, they never reached out to me about it. I had to ask for it. I definitely did NOT get what I paid.

We told you *** ****** ******** that we could not be responsible moving heavy furniture that we aren’t a moving company she was supposed to have someone to help her move the heavy furniture also she gave us a 75.00 tip and she was able to verify all work before we left to Makesure she was happy with the cleaning this was way back in October of course 4months going into 5 later of course it would be cobwebs 5 months later and they hoodie the worker picked up by mistake was just like hers we returned it and never got the employees jacket We take our clients in consideration and their belongings and their home but we are not going to break their belongings trying to move stuff around that the customer promised that will be moved prior to us coming to do the carpet and cleaning the house and we did wipe the walls down if she was unhappy with service why tip so bigSweet Feet Cleaning Services LLC Response

I told you not to worry about moving the big items. I moved what I could, even though I had neck surgery. Also, I did a general look over your work, after you left I started to notice the cobwebs in corners or near the woodwork. My original post was made a few days after you were at my house in October...not 4 or 5 months. That was the *** review process.Also, if it was by mistake, then how come she never mentioned it. I had to reach out to you, because it was missing. And the reason I did tip (which now I wish I hadn't) is because I tip regardless of the service. Same as I would at a restaurant...even if the service is bad, doesn't mean I don't tip.Sweet Feet Cleaning Services LLC Response

That dont even sound right but okay would u like half refunded to u and about the *********** jacket I told your husband that she had one just like that at your house so thats why she picked it up so for you to imply like somebody was trying to take something Ive never had that problem and she never got her *********** jacket back it was a honest mistake but I am willing to give u part of your money back and you said u had back surgery not neck surgery but I will not go back and forward with u u could have reached out to us about been unsatisfied just like u reached about the jacket. I wish u nothing but the best this was a one time Cleaning and I didnt even charge u for the extra things u had us doing u waited till we got there about the wall washing and I still did it
