      I purchased some model especial, a six pack and the liquid inside the bottle was not beer. The beer is counterfeit.

      I was treated horribly this morning by *****. I went in to the store to purchase a coffee using my food card and change I had left in my pocket. The lady at the register was nice enough like any other circle k but she didnt know how to use 2 forms of payment. ***** came over and saw the foodstamp card and immediately started treating me as insignificant, told me to get a job and very rudely raised her voice with me and lied to me telling me that they cant take 2 forms of payment. They clearly either dont know how to do their job or just didnt want to do it. I think they didnt want to do it because of the food stamp card because it wasnt until after ***** saw the food card did she start acting like that. As if they are the only circle k that cant take 2 forms of payment. Any place that allows workers to act like that towards customers is not a place I will be visiting again anytime soon.

      Resolution per market manager:  I reviewed the transaction with audio and video. ***** misunderstood what the customer was asking for them to do and didnt understand how to complete. The store manager and I coached ***** on how to complete split transactions and coached her on her customer service skills in the situation of misunderstanding what a customer is asking.
      I attempted to reach out to the customer on 3 separate occasions. I called twice and left a voice message the third time. Today, I sent the customer an email assuring him that an appropriate investigation and retraining has been completed and offered him a gift card to thank him for bringing our attention to this issue.

      On December ,18,2022 at 9:53 pm I and two other individuals were refused service to accommodate the friend or family member of the employee, after waiting a reasonable amount of ****************. When I asked why were overlooked I was told ,because he has more money than you. This is outrageous.

      On 10-10-22, at 8:29 AM, I purchased diesel fuel for my truck. The illuminated sign on the road stated the diesel price was $4.75 per gallon. When I began fueling my truck, I noticed the price at the pump was $5.06 per gallon. After competing the transaction, I went inside the gas station and asked the attendant why the price at the pump was higher than the sign. The attendant told me "we have no control over what's on the sign out front". I pointed out to him that $.31 per gallon was a pretty significant difference, and he again told me "we have no control at all over what's on the sign out front". I mentioned that this was pretty much like false advertising. I asked who does have control, and he said "The manager might, but she called off today."

A WEEK LATER AFTER THIS I WENT BACK TO THIS SAME STORE AND WAS REFUSED SALE OF INSTANT LOTTERY TICKETS, AND WAS REFUSED THE SALE BY A MAN NAMED ***** THAT WAS WORKING AFTER MIDNIGHT, ***** TOLD ME THE STORE MADE I NEW POLICY NOT TO SELL ANY INSTANT LOTTERY TICKETS AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT, SO I WANT DOWN THE STREET AND BOUGHT THEM FROM ********. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE STORE MANAGER ***** TO MAKE HER AWARE OF THIS HAPPENING, AND SHE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE ,THAT FOR A WHILE HER STORE AS WEL LAS OTHERS CIRCLE K STORES WEAR NOT SELLING THEM AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT, BUT NOW YOU CAN BUY THEM AFTER MIDNIGHT, WOW HOW MUCH SALES HAVE YOU LOST CIRCLEK, I THAN CONTACTED A MAN NAMED **** ***** WHOM I TOLD HIM EVERYTHING , AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS HAVING A NOTHER GUY CONTACT ME BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT ***** AREA HE WAS MORE *** ****, SO FINALLY I WAS CONTACTED BY ****** AND I TOLD HIM EVERYTHING AND HE TOLD ME THAT THIS STORE SHOULD NOT BE REFUZING TO SELL THE INSTANTS AFTER 12 MIDINIGHT. END RESALT I WAS PROMISED A $30.00 GIFT CARD MY MR ****** AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD PUT IT IN THE MAIL THE NEXT DAY, AND TILL TODAYS DATE I HAVE NEVER EECIEVED IT NOR DOES HE RESPOND BACK TO MY PHONE CALLS.       On 8/12/2022 entered Circle K at approx ****hrs. When entering I noticed 3 signs, each 3-foot tall displayed at the front door. These were 2 sided dynamic signs. This sign advertised ************** Drinks 16oz 3/$5.50. I was surprised to find a sign 3/$7.00 on the cooler door. When checking out they refused to honor the advertised price. The manager actually told me 'that there is no such thing as false advertisement anymore. The manager was observed taking down these signs as I left the parking lot.

      On June 15, 2022 my husband and I went to pump 7 at the circle K in Munroe Falls and the pump would not accept the credit card and my husband walked inside and the girl behind the register said the were having problems with the credit cards that day. He told her to put $25. On pump 7 (which I have a receipt for) and we pumped $25 in gas. I checked my visa account on June 20, 2022 and we were double billed for the $25. We took a copy of the visa and my receipt into the gas station and was told they could not help us and she gave us a phone number to call ********** and no one answers the phone. I left 4 messages and received no call back. I also emailed the company 4 times and have received no response. I have disputed the charge with my bank and I am currently waiting on the paperwork. This is very frustrating. ***** ******

      Circle K in ***** over sees supposedly the condions of their branches.There is a branch in *********, ** ************, that has dozens of huge potholes in the parking lot, Circle K does not even take calls in their corporate office in *****!! I have a damaged vehicle from their parking lot, and it is over $1,000!! I want it paid immediatley. And the whole ENTIRE PARK*** LOT NEEDS TO BE PAVED, NOT PATCHED!!! I ALMOST TRIPPED IN THEIR PARK*** LOT FROM THE HUGE HOLES THERE!!! YOU ARE TALK*** A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINSY THEIR HORRIBLE CORPORATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager there is named *******, he has even had his own tires blown out from those horrible potholes, he said they will not help at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they should be shut down permanently until the parking lot is TOTALLY PAVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iT MAKES ME ABSOLUTLEY SICK HOW THESE GREEDS IDIOTS CAN GET AWAY WITH HUR *** PEOPLE AND VEHICLES, I WILL INVESTIGATE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT TO START!!!!!!!! i WANT THE DAMAGES FOR MY VEHILE PAID ASAP!!

      Circle K has a rewards program every **** points you get you get two dollars in spendable Circle K cash well I have a cure this price probably 10 times over the past couple months and everything is working fine until I tried to use it one day at the Circle K on ******************* in ****** **** when I did it didnt work then I contacted CIRCLE K and they had a prompt response and their response was to send me a T-shirt and some Chapstick and some coupons for some BS. I got back to them and told them no I want my two dollar rewards so they sent me two dollars and Circle K cash that I could use the electronically sent it to me I tried to use that I couldnt use it since then because I dont have a choice, I still shop at Circle K to get gas cigarettes and what not but I keep hearing rewards and I keep trying to use them and I never get to use them because according to *************************** who works there the computer systems are out of date and they cant update them because Have some BS reason so I asked her to send me a gift card with the amounts that I am owed on it she refused so it happened again so this time when I contacted them they didnt return my phone calls they didnt return my emails nothing were up to the tune of about $20 now and I just want my money

      Here is our BBB Response:  Customer earned a $2 reward back on February 1st and was having trouble redeeming. We issued him a $2 customer service cash and let him know the stores in question have open tickets created in ServiceNow. His $2 reward expired on March 1st. We did reissue the expired reward, which he then was able to redeem on March 2nd with no issues. However, the $2 customer service cash would did not inject causing both issued to expire.  


      Essentially, ******************* was able to redeem his $2 reward that he earned but he just wants more. He wants money and or gift cards because it didnt work. I looked up the location that he frequents and Loyalty is working as intended. I issued him a $2 Easy Point Reward that he shouldnt have issues redeeming.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Its a bunch of lies. I have had three different things expire on me which I have proof on because Ive sent them emails about them Ive had three different two dollar rewards expire so whoever this person is telling blatant lies. Next I have used $.30 off gas coupons $.20 off gas coupons free pops free slushys Ive used those things numerous times and they have not worked and I have never been compensated for them as I stated originally if Im earning rewards or Im winning prizes I should **** sure be able to use them. And their excuse every time is the same tired a** excuse they left in the beginning saying that theyve got a call into their service technician team at their IT department let me tell you something theyve had a call into their IT team for the past three months. OK enough is enough with the *** Thats just that its not that difficult just like I had the manager from the Circle K Great Lakes division tell another employee that she sent me gift cards in the mail she didnt send me any gift cards she sent me a bunch of garbage. Basically stuff they were probably throwing out anyway anyway my whole point is I dont accept their response there and theyre lying about it flat out and I have the proof of it I mean I have pictures of it I have emails whatever you guys need

      I have reviewed the response and it is unsatisfactory. Period. As if to illustrate my point even further I got another two dollar reward that I cannot use just got it the other day try to use it at three different stores still cant use it. And the fact that they say they have tried to make me happy they have not they have not refunded my reward yet I earned six dollars worth of rewards they have never once offered them to me the reason I ask for them on a gift card because I know that will actually spend and they wont hit me with some lame excuse about their IT not working again. So now with this two dollars on here that I just got make it eight dollars in rewards that I still cant use the other three expired and then the two dollar Circle K cash they sent me to make up for the other rewards I couldnt use either. No this is not satisfactory and Im done with this little dance they are going to fix something then they need to fix it instead of making up lies and blah blah blah because I will continue to file reports until they do its quite simple I will tell them right in this report exactly what will make me happy Out of the $10 in rewards Ive earned over the past couple months Ive got to spend two of them I want the other eight not a CIRCLE K cash not as a reward but on a gift card so I know I can spend it. I would also like for them to actually answer emails and not lie about the person whos trying to get in touch with them I did nothing wrong except simply try to get my questions answered and ran out of patience when they decided the two months was around a good time to get back to me. Unacceptable the way their customer service works is ridiculous and appalling so yeah they wanna make me happy? Theres how they do it

      On 2/02/22 I purchased a sip and save, the monthly club saver. (order Number ******). On 2/17/22, Circle K said my membership needed to be renewed. I showed them my receipt. They still did not honor this for my drink. I am requesting a refund of $6.39. Receipt can be sent through e mail because I can not upload
