March 16 2023. I had an apt at this office because I was having trouble getting my. Lower dentures in and the nurses were also having trouble so dr/dentist came in and tried and couldnt do it either so he turned around and looked me on the face and stated you know you bought the economy dentures so you might have to just deal with it I looked at him and said that shouldnt matter and he then said well try but ok I dont know well he finally got them in one hour or so later then tried to take them out and couldnt so he said wear them for a couple days if you cant get them Out come back . March 20,2023 I called the office said what was wrong got an apt. Went the nurse still couldnt get them out so she called the dr/ dentist in the room he tried couldnt get them out the nurse perseeded to say well she hasnt had them out since Thursday and he turned around and yelled at her in front of me no your wrong she hasnt had them in for awhile upsetting me and her she left he went out of the room in the hallway and was yelling at his nurses really loud I didnt hear the whole conversation but it was rude and uncalled for the dr/dentist came back in and said I guess were gonna have to numb you and he did and after a while he got them out. I guess what Im trying to say is if this is the way a dr/dentist is supposed to act professionally its not good for their business to me you dont yell in front of customers or patients or employees in front of other people Im sorry but professionally hes an a@@hole and very rude thank you for your time and help,sincerely ***********************************
