I want them to remove the extended warranty or refund me the total amount of the extended warranty plus the interest I will have to pay in the next 6 year. They lied. They said my payment would be $303.00 per month and I agreed to purchase the car. When filing out the paperwork they offered me an extended warranty for 3 years, at $15.00 add'l per month. I agreed to this also. $15 X 12 months X 6 years, $1080.00. When I was looking at the paperwork later I noticed the charge for the extended warranty charge is $2,951.00. When I did the calculations of what my car payment would be without the $2951 charge, it dropped what my payments would have been by about $50 month. I immediately sent a text telling them that I didn't want the extended warranty. I did get a response from the salesman that he would talk to the manager and financial person and get back to me. I have heard nothing more from the dealership after sending repeated texts and calling and leaving voice mail messages. This is why the general public, especially women, do NOT trust car salesman. I responded to the companys questionnaire they sent to me and gave the lowest score I could give, Telling them that I would never come back and I would tell anyone I could not to go there - they LIE! No response! PS- w/o warranty, total of loan $14,810.73 / 72 months @ 8.86% = approx $267/mos payment
