I currently have no debts pending on my credit report. I also have no bills that have been sent to my home for the amount that is mentioned. When you look up reviews for the company there is nothing but negativity and that they are a scammer. So I do not believe that I have this debt. The way the employee handled the situation on the phone is also a red flag as he was rude and yelled and completely inconsiderate. If that's how you handle business you're not going to get money from people. There is no reason to harass anyone for any reason the way that he handled it. I want an apology from the company and proof of the debt and for the way that he spoke to me it shouldn't even be attempted to be collected anymore. This is ridiculous I've never had anyone speak to me that way ever when it comes to any type of solicitor or debt collector

David ******* has had three separate debts placed with Fidelity in the last five years and we have had three conversations with him over that same timeframe, this is not something he is unaware of. Every collection notice ever sent to him has been successfully delivered according to the ** ****** *******. He called our office on July 11, 2022 and the note from our account rep states Mr ******* was both smug and nasty and refused to pay his one remaining debt owed to ***** ********* at that time. The very next day the the debt was paid in full through our website. We can only wonder who may have paid it based on the recent series of events, it's a real headscratcher. The debt in question had only been in collections since June 2, 2022 so it had not yet been reported on his credit. Reviews of Fidelity online are submitted by people with debts in collections so it should not exactly come as a surprise that they are not glowing with praise. There is no justification for an apology.

I have two reports on my credit with my ex-husbands address attached to it. If it was mailed to his address, which I’ve never lived at, why is it on my credit? I have called experience and the lady said it will be removed.

We would recommend calling our toll free numb** ***************) and providing some details so that if there is an error it can be corrected. We know nothing about your marriage and divorce issues. Why you would file a BBB complaint before doing anything else is just baffling. The address showing has nothing to do with who may be responsible for the debts. It's called ********, they would not have the authority to just remove something because someone asked them to.

This company is reporting false information to the credit bureau. Yes, I do owe a debt for medical services from *** ******s in Wheeling, WV. However, this debt is over 7 years old and has already been on my credit report for that period of time but is now showing up as a new debt. According to the Fair Credit Collections Act, this is not a legal act. Also, I have never received any documentation or bills in the mail not do I have an account number for this debt. I have filed a complaint with the credit bureau.

Pretty much everything stated in the complaint is inaccurate. The debt is not seven years old, the service date fo* *** ******** treatment was Jan 8, 2021. The debt was placed for collection with Fidelity on June 23, 2021. Two collection notices were sent to the exact same home address provided by *** ****** ****** ***** **) and were successfully delivered by the US Postal Service on June 29, 2021 and Aug 9, 2021. Approximately twelve calls were attempted to the home phone *** ****** provided at the time of his service, no response was ever received from *** ******* We can easily be reached at *************1 in order to resolve the outstanding debt. We will mark as disputed for credit reporting purposes.

Radiology consultants double charged my insurance company. My insurance company paid them and they never acknowledged it and rather than sending correspondence or a bill they sent me to a collection agency. Fidelity Properties. This amount is not owed. I have verified that with my insurance company and have disputed with the credit bureau, radiology consultants, and fidelity properties. They still reported me to the credit bureau. They need action taken against them for this scam.

According to the original medical provider, ********* *********** **c, ******** insurance carrier (****** *****) did pay on the charges but then reversed and took the money back. This is a common occurrence and ****** would have been contacted by her insurance and provided with the reason for the reversal, if she wasn't then she should contac* ******* Fidelity does not get provided with such information. ********* *********** Inc states that they have already explained this to ******. Filing a BBB complaint against Fidelity serves no purpose since Fidelity has zero say in the matter. The debts were were placed with Fidelity because they are still due and owing.

Contact ********* *********** with any issues or questions you may have. After Fidelity responded to your complaint on 1-10-22 they have since made several adjustments (on 1-13-22) to your accounts here. Fidelity no longer has any open debts for you in our office.
