            Kale's Towing towed a vehicle of mine through my insurance and caused further damage. Refused to give me paperwork when I asked if I could have it, then blocked my phone number from calling the business. Put the vehicle on my neighbors property and was completely rude and unprofessional. When asked about towing the vehicle, that was reported with front end damage, by the front axel the driver replied that there is no proof that he towed it incorrectly... worse experience of my life with a towing company, still have no paperwork

            This towing company commits price gouging and takes advantage of people. I had to file a complaint with the Highway patrol against them for trying to charge astronomical rates for a simple tow.
