BEWARE OF SCAM Complaint Regarding Unwanted Charges and Unpleasant Customer Service Experience United Farms Extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. I placed an order for one bottle of CBD Gummies, but to my dismay, I was charged for two bottles that I did not order. Additionally, an order for a bottle of oil and cream was made in my name that I did not include in my purchase. Upon realizing I immediately contacted your customer support to rectify the situation and cancel the unauthorized orders. However, I was met with a frustrating and unhelpful response. As a digital marketer myself, I am well-versed in online transactions and can confidently state that I did not order two bottles or any additional products. Despite explaining this to your customer support representative, I was given irrelevant information about the benefits of using oil to enhance gummies to keep my order that I never placed!! Furthermore, when attempting to cancel the orders, I encountered resistance from your customer service team. I was initially told that cancellation was not possible, and later offered a partial refund with conditions that I found unreasonable. Pay $33 and receive a refund ? I should not be forced to pay for products I did not want or order and I won't pay for an order I want to cancel! I insist on a full cancellation of the unauthorized charges, and I am extremely concerned about the possibility of not receiving a refund. This entire experience has left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I trust that you will take immediate action to address this issue. I request a prompt resolution to this matter and a confirmation of the cancellation and refund process. BEWARE : The tripwire sales page used during the ordering process seemed intentionally confusing as well.
