    If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased a chemical injector kit that did not work with our pressure washing machine. Attempted to return it the very next day and they said it smelled like bleach. Gave me a difficult time returning it insinuating we used bleach to clean it which we never did. Ended up eating the purchase, not returning it. We will never do business with this place again.

    Dear *******, Vice-President with Carpet Pro Services in ******, **:There are a few details missing that Id be happy to provide. Your technicians stopped by prior to your return date and asked for us to figure out why they couldnt get the injector to work with your pressure washer, a unit that was not purchased from us. Our mechanics were all on projects at the time, so I offered to check the injector to make sure it wasnt faulty, or we could sign in your ******* pressure washer to our service **** and do a full check to make sure there wasnt another problem with the washer causing the injector not to work. Your technicians declined signing in the washer, so we checked the injector and it worked exactly as it should. When I brought the injector back out to your technicians, I noticed a couple things: The injector was being installed backwards when they were using it, so I took the injector back in to the service department, switched the quick connects around for them, so it would be used in the correct direction. I also noticed that there was a built-in injector on the pump head. I told them the built-in injector needed to be completely sealed off in order for the new injector to work. I offered a way to do it for a couple additional parts (hose & small ball valve) and they declined stating that they would handle it themselves. Also mentioned that the pump on the ******* washer is not commercial duty and may only work with up to 50 of pressure hose. Fast forward to this morning you brought back the injector that smelled very strongly of bleach and still had wet bleach on it. The ************* was also heavily corroded - no longer in "new" condition. When ****** politely told you we cannot accept used items with bleach use you snapped back with Well, I dont know what it smelled like when I purchased it. Insinuating that it could have smelled like bleach when you bought it. ****** grabbed another kit off the floor for comparison and you stepped out to make a call. When ****** returned with the kit, you had your technician on the phone asking him if he used bleach with the injector and he stated no. **** stepped out to assist and asked if you knew what bleach smelled like not trying to be rude or sarcastic, just genuinely asking if you knew. You stated yes and agreed that it smelled like bleach. It was clear that you were not being truthful & just wanted your money back. It's likely the modifications that we told your technicians the day prior were not done properly or not done at all. Once **** confirmed that we will not accept the injector for return you stormed off with a vulgar comment. I agree that its best we do not do business again, because if you can honestly be as rude as you were to us this morning after all the steps we took to try and help, then you are not the customer wed like to continue servicing.
