              Hello! I have attempted several times by email, online portal request, and phone to have my AC repaired which has been out since my lease was signed on June 11, 2024. Post lease signing, as I was walking through the apartment, the thermostat was actively being replaced, and the AC had worked previously when I toured. I will be sending a certified written letter tomorrow and petitioning the court for rent escrow. In addition, I will be contacting the local housing authority to determine if this was a health and safety violation due to the heat wave that has occurred and the temperature regularly being over 80 degrees in the dwelling. It was advertised and mentioned in several areas in the paperwork that I would have central AC. In addition, one HVAC technician has come, a month after the problem had been originally addressed, with no prior notice given to me and at 8 a.m.

              We have had a list of things that needed to be fix in our apartment, have been told for months that things will be fixed and still haven't been touched. The "manager" is so hard to get a hold of. We have had water pouring from the ceiling, there is now mold growing. I have sent email after email, phone call after phone call. I have never lived somewhere with this bad of care for the people renting from them. I wish i could give 0 stars for this place!!!!!!

              The information provided by the Property Manager is, there was a leak above the residents apartment. The leak and the ceiling were repaired. There were no service requests submitted other than one that was completed last month to replace an outlet in the bathroom and living room. The manager asked the resident on 8/19/24 what list of items needed to be addressed. One blind slat was replaced and the kitchen blinds were replaced the same day. After the ceiling repair, one the roommate said that a bead size piece of drywall was reported to have fallen. The staff inspected the ceiling and found it was professionally repaired by the painters and was dry. We sincerely hope that the resident is satisfied. Service requests should be submitted via the resident portal.
