I would not recommend working with In and Out Creations. Overall he seems like he would do good work, but we never had a chance to find out. We started the quoting process back in April 2021, and was supposed to start work on July 1st. We paid 50% down payment (please don't ever do this with anyone) with the agreement that he was only a week out. Well it kept getting pushed back, and understand delays happen, but after several delays, we agreed to set a date for September 7th. He still did not start on that day, so we decided cancel and it was agreed we would get our down payment back. 6 months later and we still don't have all of our down payment back.TL;DR: Don't give In and Out Creations a down payment, especially before work has been started.

****, i apoligize you had that experience with us. Yes your job had gotten pushed back which if i had ever had to do that in the past it had never gone over 2 weeks. Last year was one of our busiest years which was great but not being able to hire employees because i couldn't find anyone that wanted a job and if i did find one they wanted ***** $ to start and i just couldn't give someone that much money being inexperienced so i installed all my work last year with only one guy ( being myself). Yes, i experienced allot last year that i hadn't ever dealt with and in doing so it pushed jobs 1-2 months out away from original start date. All my clients were great about it and so were you ****, We were headed to start your job the day after you cancelled but i understood too. You did get all your money back but in 2 payments but again ****************, i do understand your feelings. For the record though,,, nobody will never find a hardscaper to install a patio, retaining wall, fence,deck.ect. that takes the pride of knowing that i give everyone a 5 year warranty on all contracted hardscape work and ive never been called back to repair anything ( knock on wood,lol ). Working with the homeowner and taking everything in consideration to their needs, wants, and designing and installing that project to the best functionality, best cost,, even though i spend a little more time, and take every precaution adding more materials to a project to make sure they will last for years to come. I am sorry **** that your missing the experience on one of my patios.
