I contacted this business for an issue with my pond. They were quick to send an expert to help me with my issue. During the assessment, I was told I’d be contacted with a quote for a resolution of my problem that was found during the assessment. I waited several weeks and heard nothing. I reached out and was told they’d reach out the the tech that did my assessment. I was told I’d “hear back shortly”. I heard nothing for several weeks and reached out again. Again, heard nothing for several weeks. It’s nearing the end of summer and the time to complete the job is nearing an end. I waited a long time to have this company do the job based on their credentials. My wait was in vain. I’ve heard nothing back from them. I’ve not even been given a reason for the delay. I had them come do an assessment and was given a “game plan”. Here I am several months later with no fix to my issue.Customer response
