I hate writing this, as a (now likely former) friend of mine is part-owner of this company. But they DESTROYED my bathroom rather than making it better. They used MDF trim (MDF should never be used in high-moisture areas), and filled the nail holes in with dirty caulk rather than some sort of wood filler. The caulk can't be sanded or properly painted to cover the holes. The sheet vinyl flooring is so lumpy you can see and feel the air pockets under it moving bc it wasn't properly laid or glued. They didn't install any proper backing behind the tub surround, so it also moves. They filled in a huge gap in the corner of the tub surround with nothing but a bigger glob of caulk after I pointed out the huge hole (big enough to fit most of my hand through). The tub faucet was initially attached with nothing but caulk and fell almost onto my feet within 1 minute of turning the water on to shower the first time. They did come back and reattach it, but it's too short for the tub, and dumps half the water right down the overflow drain, rendering my new tub basically unusable. The fallen faucet also left a good sized scratch in the floor of the tub. They got caulk all over the acrylic tub, then used ****** ***** pads to try to get it off, which ruined the finish on the tub. They told me to get a vanity that was several inches too deep for the space. It came right to the edge of the door frame... another few millimeters and I wouldn't even be able to shut the door at all. They also mismeasured for the mirror: once hung, the bottom of the mirror overlapped the trim at the top of the shiplap walls, putting it at an angle rather than flush against the wall. The shiplap itself was improperly cut, leaving large gaps in the corners that they tried to cover with trim. The shiplap boards also should've been ordered in 12 for planks, but they got 8 foot ones, (the bathroom wall is right around 9 feet long) making unsightly seams in my walls. The trim along the back wall had to have gaps cut into it, just to try to fit the too-big vanity in at all, to make room for the legs. The trim's cut edges were left unfinished at first... after I complained, they tried to create caps on the ends, but this just looked even more ridiculous and shoddy. I found several areas of small damages to the brand new walls from nail holes. They didn't even notice while installing the too-big vanity that it was damaged.... there were deep scratches in the top, and one of the sinks wasn't even lined up right. It shouldn't have been installed like that to begin with! The cover for the light switches wasn't put back on evenly. I later discovered one of the inner screws wasn't even screwed in at all, creating the gap on the surface. They used non-paintable clear caulk in a couple of areas that needed to be repainted. The access panel to the tub inside my linen closet wasn't reinstalled properly...it falls down easily. They tried to walk out completely on the job when I asked some simple questions about why the workers were gone so long, after we'd agreed to get a different vanity installed (before I realized so many of their other problems!) It ended up with the police getting involved, and now lawyers. I've had several other contractors in to assess the disastrous mess of a job, and unanimously, they agree that the ONLY thing "Done Right" didn't ***** up was the toilet. And since they left the job, I've had sewer flies coming from the tub, indicating a problem with the plumbing. This job will require a complete do-over... there's literally nothing salvageable about it. And the gall they have in using a picture of my horribly done vanity for their ****** search page?! Unbelievable!!! You can see for yourself if you zoom in that the vanity comes right to the door-edge, rather than sitting behind the trim like it should! That picture also shows the sloppy trim work they did.
