    My organization has ordered tickets for years from this company without an issue. This year we ordered raffle tickets for our fundraiser. The tickets were not the same as what we have done in the past on ******, so I processed a return. I pulled up an old receipt and ordered directly from the website to match previous orders. Little to my knowledge it was the same, the company claims they attempted to contact me however I never received the notification, however ****** refunded my purchase so I reached out to only be met with unprofessionalism from the owner Bruce. I called him out for being unprofessional and he continued to patronize me and say I was unprofessional for not responding to an email I never received. It wasnt until I advised I was submitting a negative review did his tone change yet he has not apologized for being unprofessional just pushed the blame elsewhere. The product fine, the customer service horrendous

    Unfortunately, Ms. *** ****** is a bit selective with her statement of events.She placed an order for our Chinese Auction tickets through our ****** store. After receipt she started a return stating Inaccurate website description. She then ordered the exact same product on our website. Since there was obviously there was no point in shipping her the same product she was returning, I wrote her through ****** messaging: We saw that you are returning the order claiming: inaccurate website description. Can you please explain what you mean by that? Also, this morning you ordered the identical product from our website. Do you want us to cancel that order? Since I received no response, on 8/1, I emailed her directly (at the same email she later communicated with me). Since I received no response, I wrote her again on 8/2: We have not received a reply to either of our communications. We are cancelling your order #*****.Ms. *** ****** claims by some unlikely and unfortunate coincidence she didnt receive either the ****** or two direct email communications. It should be noted however, that she had no problem receiving in our later emails. In those emails. Ms. **************** admitted that it was not true that there was an inaccurate website description; she was returning the product because it was a different (size) than what her organization had ordered from us previously. This is simply untrue; this product has never changed in any way. She is even now saying The product is fine.As for Ms. *** ******* claim of unprofessionalism, simply untrue; the email record speaks for itself. Our position was perfectly reasonable; After no response to the three communications, we decided not to send her the same item she was returning. That, in fact is the core of her complaint. Bruce H.

    The product is not fine, thank you for that slander. The product does not match what we have ordered in previous years. No emails or messages were received by me from Bruce H***** as I checked spam and my app. The response of I’m going to ship you the same thing you are returning would have been an acceptable and appreciated answer if it was spoken to me in a professional manner. He was beyond condescending in every interaction. Unacceptable behavior from a business owner. Buyer beware, should you need customer service after ordering a product the owner is unprofessional, uses slander, is unapologetic, and I can go on! Rather than taking ownership he continues to place blame, on the customer, on ******* on ****l. I’m over it, I will not remove my complaint.
