Please read the email below that I sent to the company after the incident. I never got a response. After further investigating (even though this was the first service to pop up on ******* Im not even sure its a legit place. When I googled the address, it says its a senior living apartment. I have never in my life made a complaint against any company until right now. Tonight I lost my key to my car at ***** in ********, **. Your company was the first to pop up when I ******* locksmith so I called. The lady who answered was very polite and told me someone would be calling me shortly to provide me a time that they could be there. The man who called was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to. After I hung up I forgot I had another question so I called back. Again, he was super unpleasant and down right nasty. I asked him if he was having a bad day and why he was treating me so bad?? He responded with he gets multiple calls a day and how hes not treating me any different than any of the other people he talks to (which if thats true, I feel sorry for all of them). After I hung up with him I decided I was not going to pay someone who treated me the way he did.so I called back and told him to cancel the service. He responded by calling me an EMOTIONAL ****!!!!! I hung up on him. Soon after the lady I had originally talked to called and wanted to confirm that I wanted to cancel the service. I told her yes and informed her how I had been treated. Please also know that I had my 3 young daughters in the car with my phone on speaker who heard what he called me. The lady apologized and told me she was sure she knew who the individual was, as if there had been problems with him before. After I hung up with her the man called me back and called me a DUMB ***** saying I was going to get him fired?!? I hung up on him again and he repeatedly called me over and over again. I will paste a screen shot below of the calls. When I ignore the multiple times he called, he called from a different number, which I answered, to tell me **** ***! My 3 daughters were terrified. My 5 year old was crying, scared he was going to come get her. I am absolutely appalled. Your website says highly valued and reliable service. Well I definitely wouldnt call the experience I had tonight highly valued. I never got the guys name but I hope to God that by me providing you with his phone number that you are able to find out who he is and get rid of him.

Were very sorry to hear about *************** experience. But the conversation she claims to have had with our technician never took place.While we dont doubt the experience was terrible and needs to be properly investigated the technician at fault isnt one of ours.*************** did contact us initially, and we discussed our services with her, but thats where all our dealings with her ended.Any further interactions she had didnt take place with any of our technicians. Whomever she talked to over the phones has no relation to Local ************************************ let us know if you need further information from our end.
