I went there to purchase a vehicle on Sept. 22 and they checked my credit and they said they would have to work things out with a bank to get me approved, and they would let me know the result the next day which would be on Sept 23. They never reached out to me to let me know the result. I reached out to them again on Sept 24th they told me that they would look into and let me know shortly. Again no answer. I contacted them again on Sept 27th and again no response. I again contacted them on Sept 29th finally got a response saying that the matter has been resolved taken up to a specialist and one of the managers. Didn’t hear a word from them. Once again contacted them on the Sept 30th got a response from someone named Drew said he will look into and give me an answer that day. No response. I contacted them again on Oct. 1st asking them what is going on and told them this how ordeal has been very frustrating. Got a response back saying that the person dealing with the matter is out today. I should have got a response and a result already. My recommendation is don’t buy a vehicle from this place if your low income, don’t have a down payment, or don’t have a good credit score cause they don’t care about you. And I’m speaking from experience. They just care about making a buck and not helping out those that actually need help. They are full of false promises.Review from Scott G

Recently bought a 2015 ******* ******* from this dealership that they advertise with the picture of the vehicle that it comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty and now they say now that I bought it it not available for this vehicle. I purchased a 2016 ****** *** from them expecting to have a vehicle that would last longer than a month but instead i got one that had the clutch go out in 2.5 weeks and they will not honor any form of replacement because they said i could have picked any other vehicle. I should be able to pick anything on the lot and expect it to last longer than what i was given.Review from Ronald W

Ever been in a situation where it’s to good to be true. And always that ends up being the case…..EXCEPT for this time. I went to online.cars and right after I was contacted. Conversation started on Saturday and by Wednesday after I was in a gorgeous new car and on the road. Elizabeth and Glenn are like angels. I still can’t believe they are real. The flew me out to Ohio to make sure I would be in my new car as soon as possible. They care, kindness and patience these two shown me this comment could never be enough. Glenn was honest, factual, and so kind. Elizabeth from the first txt was an angel. And then to find out she was new to the company. Mind blown at how great is was. I road away on a full tank of gas and a smile I had been missing for a while. 5 stars isn’t enough. I’d give 10! If you need a car. Bad credit, good credit, no credit. This company will help you and get you into a car and if it’s not the car of your dreams they will help you with a plan to get to it. Thank you again online.cars. I can see why you McCluskey is the #1 dealer. They don’t treat their customers like folks off the street. They treat them like friends and family. Much respect. ??Review from Stephanie B

I purchased a 2020 ******** *** (online) from this dealership, the process during and leading up to the purchase was flawless the staff was so responsive during all of my correspondences with them all the way up to delivery of the vehicle. I was told that it would be delivered to my home address in *********, which it was BUT it was not delivery on a trailer but actually driven to me from Ohio by a driver which put an add'l 500+ miles on the motor when I received/sign for it so of my paperwork has the incorrect mileage which changes the warranty. Trying to get someone from sales/finance in ref. the mileage issue, inspection and title/registration fees etc. has been so frustrating to say the least. During inspection it was noted that there was an issue with the daytime running light on the SUV malfunctioning, again I reached out and after multiple attempts was told that because the issue was not mechanical, that I would need to cover the cost of repair (keep in mind I had only had it about 3 weeks) which will cost over $1000 to repair it. I finally heard back from someone in finance after about a week she informed me that the title and check for the taxes was ***** to me so I could get my tags. The check was not enough ,it was short by $90 which I had to pay to the MVA myself (not cool). I will never purchase another vehicle online from an out of state dealership again. I am so disappointed in this process. When they were trying to earn my business, they were blowing my phone up, after they got my money and a signed contract it was a struggle to get someone to respond. I had an appointment to drop my car off last Tuesday at 10am. Called on Wednesday afternoon to get an update and was told that my car (diesel) hadn't even been seen by the tech and not sure when it would be evaluated. On Friday, it still hadn't been seen so I decided to pick it up. I was told by the service advisor that the diesel guy is always backed up and it would likely be another 4-5days before my car came up to the top of the list. Why wasn't I told up front that there were multiple cars in front of me so I would have time to make arrangements to be without a car for an unknown amount of time or decide to reschedule? Not sure how a dealership as big as McCluskey can't find a way to keep track of how many vehicles are in line for the diesel guy and then schedule the rest of the customers accordingly.Review from Debra B

I had taken my car in because engine light was on. On June 2 2024 had 100 deductible. Then warranty company wouldn't pay for 3 parts and 2 hours If labor. After having my vehicle for 6 weeks with no loaner car instead of my deductible I now owe 447.00. I feel is wrong.Review from Bill S

Lied first about being approved, then wa approved, but could not add negative equity to my loan on trade in, and suggested drive their new car home, and file bankruptcy or turn my trade in for repossession! Terrible ideas! Worst ever dealership and liars!Review from Jenna B

My wife brought her ***** in (14,000 miles, still under warranty) because it was making weird noises. We were charged $140 for them to tell her that there was a walnut that had gotten stuck in the car-nothing was even wrong with it. Then, as she stopped for gas on the way home, she noticed a broken taillight, the back number dented and loose, and scuff marks and scratches on the back of her car. Turns out the lot tech backed her car into a truck and didn’t tell anyone until she had driven home. We were just told that it will be an entire week before they can get her a rental car and get the car in to be repaired. SEVERELY disappointed in this abysmal customer service. They wrecked her car and let her leave in it. What are we supposed to do for the next week until they can get us a rental? Hope that nothing falls off as she drives it? Unbelievable. Will never be buying a ***** or using this dealership again.Review from Janet C

First time buying an online car. My experience was good thanks to Scott P*****, our salesperson and Brian from service. Several of my calls went unreturned by others at McCluskey, though. Overall, a positive experience.
