I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone looking to get new flooring. It’s a long story, but we hired them to do laminate flooring in the hallway, living room, and dining room of our bilevel house (not a large area). When we decided on the particular flooring, they told us that they had enough of that one in stock (which turned out to be a lie) and we could schedule it ASAP. We scheduled the initial installation for October 27th, 2021 (& my husband and I both took off work to be here and corral our dogs), thinking it would be over and done with in that one day. After just the main parts were put in, the installer said it they didn’t have enough planks to finish it and the trim hadn’t arrived yet, so they’d need to come back another day. If it had been communicated to us before that day, we would have just postponed installation all together until it could be completed in one day. We had no choice but to say okay (it wasn’t the installer’s fault), and pay for the full job that day (10/27/21). We assumed it would get finished it a timely manner, but we had to keep calling the store after that to even get an idea on timeline because they didn’t bother to call and tell us. It took them coming out two more times to even finish it. Once the trim came in, it took a long time to get them to come out and finish it because they cancelled multiple times (we cancelled once because neither of us get off work to be here). 2/5/22, 14.5 weeks later, it’s finally finished. I understand that supply chain issues are common these days, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and so was the installation. The floor itself looks fine, but the quarter round molding along the walls looks cheap and wasn’t securely attached. They also tracked in mud and left saw dust all over the floors. I would NEVER EVER go back to this place. Terrible experience.
