We took our truck to Worldwide Equipment for repair. They misdiagnosed our truck. Took our truck apart and then once it was apart could not get the O ring needed to put it back together for a MISDIAGNOSED repair. Our truck sat for 3 weeks waiting for a part that we located within 1 hour and it was local! We went and got the part and took it to them ourselves. We lost 3 weeks of revenue and they handed us a bill for over $5400. We lost a LOT of money while our truck sat waiting for a part from a misdiagnosed repair. We had to argue with them for two weeks. We spoke with Brad O*** who informed us that the best he could do is give us $1000. We told him no. That is not enough. We told him we plan to contact corporate to talk with someone there. He said to us that we can fight it if we want but they have NEVER lost a case. Finally we told corporate the LEAST they could do is reimburse us for the bill. And they did the very least thing possible. two weeks later we received a check for the amount of the bill. But not even a dime for the revenue that was lost due to their fault. If I could rate them Zero stars I would! I recommend that you NEVER take your truck to them for service or repair. ZERO stars for Worldwide Equipement of Cincinnati

While we respectfully disagree with your recollection of events surrounding this repair, ultimately our customers’ satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, and it appears we have fallen short in that regard. We sincerely apologize that you found the service repair, and all additional steps taken to remedy this matter to be unsatisfactory.

Not sure how you can disagree with my recollection of events as I have the bills and dates to back my recollection. And the fact that we were not satisfied did not seem to matter to you at all until we contacted corporate and offered to hire an attorney. Your response definitely does not seem real and I continue to stand by my rating of zero stars. If I am paying $189 per hour for a mechanics service I expect a knowledgeable mechanic and not a misdiagnoses that keeps my truck ties up waiting for parts for 3 weeks.
