If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company engaged in FALSE ADVERTISING on their Groupon for 20 units of BOTOX that can be administered at their Worthington, Ohio location. I purchased this Groupon in early summer because I live 5 miles from Worthington. It was convenient and didn't require long-distance driving to get there. I had surgery in July. I was recovering but thought I would redeem the Groupon in August as I was healing. I called to make an appt in August and was told they closed down the Worthington Office in July. I checked with Groupon and they said their Worthington office was still open. It was still being advertised as redeemable there. I called the company directly. They confirmed it was closed even though it was still advertised as OPEN and said I would need to drive to their southern Ohio offices to have the service done. They would NOT give a refund. This is False Advertising under Consumer Protection Laws. There are rules banning false advertising regarding consumer services. The consumer purchases a service believing what they are advertising is true. They should make an accommodation for those consumers who paid $171 like myself who cannot drive between 75 and 125 miles to have a 2-minute service done (how long it takes for 20 units of Botox to be administered). The company didn't care what they did. They won't issue a refund. Poor customer service.
