            On August 17, 2023,  Turbo Duct Cleaning came to the attention of BBB.  At that time, a consumer filed a complaint.  On August 17, 2023 and again on September 12, 2023, BBB attempted to email Turbo Duct Cleaning at turboductclean@rescueteam.com which appears on Turbo Duct Cleaning's website.  As of September 21, 2023,  BBB has not received any response from Turbo Duct Cleaning.


            On September 11, 2023, BBB confirmed by returned mail that the address listed on Turbo Duct Cleaning's website is not where the business is located.  BBB does not know where the business is physically located.  BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown.

            Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or the Ohio Attorney General.

            Date of transaction: 04/18/2023 Amount paid: 290$ The business was supposed to clean all of my air returns and vents. Not only are my vents still dirty inside they damaged my brand new vents and stripped the screws when putting them back on. I contacted the company at first they said they would have their boss contact me back to discuss a refund he never did. After calling multiple times they eventually stopped answering my calls. I told them I wasn’t satisfied with the job and wanted my vents replaced. They have an ad on Groupon which is where I initially found the company but through further research the company has terrible reviews on there.

            Do Not use this company. Purchase and scheduled an A/C tune up with this company via groupon. Tech appeared to only glance at the unit, and claimed he could not check freon level or top off if needed. Also purchased and scheduled clothes dryer vent cleaning. Measured vent per email instructions, but tech's measurements added an additonal 2 feet of duct that did not exist, so I was charged an additional cost for the dryer vent cleaning. Tech offered to vacumm my outer A/C unit for a discounted price if I left a 5 star review on groupon. Looked over my shoulder while I posted this review before leaving my home.
