I purchased a $90 "deluxe" floral arrangement and Vic's Floral was the florist who agreed to fulfill the order. In my opinion, the order was of extremely poor quality and nowhere near the image of what I purchased (I will attempt to upload an image on Yelp). To make matters worse, the order was also left outside in 19-degree temperatures with the delivery service that Vic's contracts with. When I called Vic's, Carol, raised her voice and ended up hanging up on me. She told me that she could not help me directly. She went on to say that the 3rd party that they agreed to contract with doesn't pay them enough money (i.e., to give me the deluxe arrangement that I paid for). With that, my perception is that they act unethically and therefore deliver lower quality to customers like me so that they can make a greater profit. Carol essentially told me that she shouldn't tell me this but did. I personally will never do business with this florist and encourage others to be careful so they do not have the same experience I did. If you look on Yelp, at least one other customer shared something similar. I wrote in to the "wecare@vics" email (twice), asking to be contacted in an attempt to provide feedback and resolve and no one cared enough (ironic) to contact me to discuss. Very upset with their quality and customer service. There are other florists out there, do your research and give the business to those who really do care about the quality...with Vic's, this was not my experience unfortunately. :(
