    Same unfortunate situation. My experience with Integrated Restoration is the complete opposite. From the beginning, Mike and Domenic were prompt in outlining what they were planning on doing to have my place back to normal. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and efficiently drew up the necessary paperwork for the insurance company. As individuals, you couldn’t ask for nicer people to work with. Doesn’t take long before you realize the communication, great as it was with Domenic, was salesmanship. The promises made, quality of workmanship and bold face lies left a lot to be desired. What one is not told is this is a “start up” operation interested only in their bottom line and making a quick buck. A few examples of incompleted work and poor workmanship are: drywall and baseboards, poor painting, damaged upholstered furniture, scratched and chipped wooden furniture, etc. Once the insurance company met with Mike, Mike might have been back once. Domenic was the “project manager” who totally lacks the experience of Mike. The problem, from my perspective, is the subcontractors they hire. They had no respect for the property nor myself. They tore things apart and shoved them in closets. Made a total mess of the two rooms that were affected by water damage. Things came up missing, but Domenic didn’t know how it happened. Still working on getting my place back to where it was since January 18. So much more could be added. Big mistake - paying them for what wasn’t done and what was missing. Would like to have seen a young company succeed, but with the exception of Mike, I would not recommend Integrated to anyone. We have built two homes and lived in five others. Have had many contractors in and out doing work and never encountered such inferior workmanship.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we've tried to make sure the customer is happy when everything is said and done. If you think there are things that need to be fixed to your satisfaction, please give us a call. 2*********** so we can do our best to rectify the situation.

    Thank you for your response. First and foremost, my comments are strictly about workmanship not an attack on people. I also don’t want to do a back and forth. If Matt was so good, why wasn’t tarp or painter’s cloths put on everything instead of cheap dollar sheets of plastic? If he had, there wouldn’t be paint on my furniture. The frame around the entrance door was not done and everyone going in and out has commented. Had to ask him to put a second coat on kitchen wall (called for in insurance estimate). One wall in kitchen never got second coat and it is obvious. Drywall not done properly in closet and the ceiling in kitchen. Why were things removed from premises, i.e., kickplate that matched cupboards, sheers on patio door mysteriously disappeared, damaged furniture. One of your competitors did work in another unit without issue. The saga goes on and on.
