We bought Patriot Club tickets in March and invited some business associates to join us, with the promise of an umbrella table on the flight line as advertised, as well as gourmet catering, etc. To our dismay, almost none of the items promised were actually delivered.

There was no umbrella on the table, there was not "gourmet catering", etc. Felt like a bait and switch ripoff. When we tried to contact the company initially we were ignored twice. (Called, emailed, etc.). So we escalated and got redirected again to the email address which does not respond.

Did a bunch of Google digging and finally found a mention of Herb Gillen, so we emailed them. Got a response that acknowledged the issue, but they said we should have sat in the covered area. Problem was even though we arrived EARLY before the show started, the seats in the covered area were already taken and it was very crowded.

Half of our party decided not to come since we didn't have shaded area. No one at PC said anything, apologized or offered sunscreen. Everyone there said they couldn't help and there was nothing that could be done about it. Most of the people we spoke to were volunteers and didn't even know who could be spoken to about the issue. So the half of us that stayed were sunburnt like lobsters and left the show early. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not what we paid for, but beyond that, being totally ignored about not delivering what was promised was shocking. Tired of being taken advantage of.
