This place is a fraud! They replaced a tire with a bad tire and even cross threaded the lug. I called to kindly request that they resolve the situation and they actually wanted to argue about it and stipulate the time to come, despite my having to work. They were unwilling to compromise on the time. I was forced to go elsewhere to have another place fix their mistake. I highly recommend thinking twice before going here for any type of car services!

Hello *****************,You came into Nasa Auto Sales and Services on 9/20/2021 for 2 new front tires which you were shown before and after installation, as well as having been shown the old tires that were replaced. Despite having no issues for nearly 3 months, as of last week, you called saying your tires were leaking. Numerous amounts of things could have happened in that time span that could cause a leak, but the least likely of those things would be the installation of a bad tire, which, to reiterate, was shown before and after installation.Beyond this, you claim we were unwilling to work with you on a time to bring your car in for our mechanics to see any potential issues, but during our call we explained to you, as you previously were aware of, the fact that we are a first come first serve business. So it can be difficult for us to accept any potential clients, regardless of grievances, so close to our closing time.To add to all of this, you had originally called to claim that you had taken your car somewhere else for repairs due to our unwillingness and that they had found the leak to be caused by a dirty rim. We again offered to take a look at your vehicle during our operating hours and you instead changed your narrative saying the other repair shop was unable to attempt to fix the tire as one of the lug nuts had been damaged during your vehicle's stay at our business. But this is a basic issue that would have been mentioned to you during the tire installation as it would make our time just as difficult as you said it was for the other repair shop.We have been in business for over a decade because of our honesty and dedication to quality service.
